Rémi holds an Unlimited Chief Engineer certificate and is highly skilled in the operation and maintenance of propulsion systems, power generation, and overall technical safety on board. His track record spans both private and commercial vessels, where his professionalism and problem-solving abilities are consistently valued.

From stewardess and cook roles on Princess yachts to Chief Stewardess aboard a Mangusta 130, Hortense has developed expertise in interior service, provisioning, table setting, and guest comfort, as well as valuable deck and galley support. Her earlier experience in luxury alpine hospitality complements her versatility and poise in demanding service environments.

Her background includes managing crew changes for international cruise lines, organizing port logistics under pressure, and most recently, serving aboard a 48m motor yacht as a stewardess. Romane is known for her versatility, calm demeanor, and discreet approach to service, skills she honed both at sea and in demanding port environments.

Highly adaptable and self-motivated, Eliott is known for his reliability, organizational skills, and hands-on approach to daily operations. He is well-versed in docking and undocking maneuvers, routine maintenance, and maintains a vigilant watch during navigation.
Eliott has sailed extensively throughout the Mediterranean, including Italy (Portofino, Naples, Capri), Greece, Turkey, and Albania. His versatility and approachable personality make him a valuable asset to any team and a positive presence on board.

With over 30 years of experience on both private and charter yachts across the Mediterranean, Caribbean, and beyond, Sylvie Sebastia is a passionate and creative chef known for her international cuisine and attention to detail. Her culinary style blends global influences with refined presentation, always tailored to guest preferences and dietary requirements.
Holding a Seaman’s Book since 2004 and STCW 95 certified, Sylvie has worked on a wide range of vessels up to 110 feet, including both sail and motor yachts. In addition to her role as chef, she brings experience as a stewardess and deckhand, making her a highly versatile and valuable crew member.
Her enthusiasm for new culinary ideas, artistic plating, and fresh flavors ensures a memorable dining experience onboard. Sylvie is dedicated, organized, and brings positive energy to every galley she steps into.
