Born and raised in the UK with her Spanish family from Mallorca, she has spent much of her life in the Balearics, fostering a deep connection with the sea. Growing up near the Chiltern Hills also nurtured her love for hiking and the outdoors. Passionate about travel and photography, she also dedicates time to a charity holiday club in her hometown.
With three years of experience as a Chief Stewardess on ACQUA, Mia has successfully overseen interior operations, coordinated guest services, and ensured the highest standards of presentation and comfort onboard. She is highly attentive, patient, and detail-oriented, thriving in team environments where she can create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Martha has 10 years experience working with high-end businesses in hospitality and completed her degree in Business Management after studying in London. Martha grew up in Brighton, by the sea, and before moving, has travelled back and forth from London to Mallorca for many years. She loves to work out and keep fit and is very passionate about travelling the world, experiencing new things and meeting new people. Martha is happy, outgoing, motivated and hardworking and has great organisational skills. She has a great eye to detail and working as a team is important to her. Martha has worked on board a motor yacht for one season and is excited to experience many more years at sea.

Born in Málaga to an English father and a Spanish mother, Jack has been passionate about the sea from an early age. He began sailing at just eight years old and has since competed in numerous regattas. His maritime career started at 16 in water sports rentals while simultaneously pursuing his studies at the Spanish Merchant Navy School, preparing him for a future in the yachting industry.
Beyond his love for the water, Jack is an avid sports enthusiast, enjoying padel, tennis, and golf. He also has a passion for travel, exploring new destinations, and immersing himself in different cultures. Dedicated to guest satisfaction, he ensures every charter experience is exceptional.
As the yacht’s engineer, Jack is responsible for the maintenance and operation of all mechanical systems onboard. He is well-prepared to troubleshoot any technical issues, ensuring a smooth and worry-free experience throughout your stay.

Roberto is a dynamic and dedicated maritime professional with a lifelong passion for the sea. His diverse experience in the nautical sector includes working on Search and Rescue vessels, luxury cruises, and day charters around Mallorca, all of which have honed his skills in providing top-tier service and ensuring a seamless guest experience. Now in his second year aboard ACQUA, he remains committed to excellence and safety.
As Chief Officer, Roberto serves as second-in-command to Captain Antonio, assisting in navigation, safety procedures, and overall vessel operations. He is also responsible for managing the RIB and its water toys, ensuring guests enjoy a smooth and exciting experience on the water.
Outside of work, Roberto enjoys staying active through fitness and cherishing time with family and friends. His friendly demeanor, professionalism, and passion for the sea make him a valuable member of the ACQUA crew.

Known as Chef Pinxo, José Luis has 18 years of experience, including Michelin-starred restaurants. His bold fusion cuisine blends Mediterranean and Southeast Asian flavours, with a special love for Peruvian gastronomy. He has competed in top culinary events and represented the Balearic Islands at Madrid Fusión and HIP Madrid.
Beyond cooking, he is passionate about sailing, water sports, and martial arts, holding a black belt in Gumdo and Taekwondo, where he also instructs.
For the past three years aboard ACQUA, Chef Pinxo has been crafting high-standard meals for guests and crew, ensuring exceptional flavours, carefully sourced ingredients, and an unforgettable dining experience.

With 17 years of experience as a Captain and a distinguished background in the Spanish Marine Corps, Antonio has navigated the seas across the globe. His Merchant Navy qualifications, combined with extensive yachting experience, make him a strong and capable leader on commercial vessels.
Having commanded ACQUA for the past three years, Antonio possesses in-depth knowledge of the yacht and its operations, always prioritizing safety and ensuring seamless navigation. His leadership fosters a well-organized, professional, and fun crew environment, creating the perfect atmosphere for an exceptional experience onboard.
