He began his career in Belgrade, working in well-known restaurants where he developed his skills in traditional Balkan cuisine. Seeking new challenges, he moved abroad to work in Russia, particularly in Ekaterinburg and Moscow, where he expanded his expertise and mastered a wider variety of international styles. Throughout his career, Miloš has been recognized for his dedication, discipline, and ability to remain calm under pressure—qualities that serve him well in the dynamic environment of a yacht galley. This season marks his first time working in yachting, where he joins Agape Rose as Sous Chef. He specializes in Mediterranean and Balkan cuisine, with a strong emphasis on fresh, seasonal ingredients that reflect both authenticity and refinement. Miloš is passionate about blending the warmth of home-style cooking with the elegance of fine dining, ensuring that guests enjoy meals that are both comforting and memorable. Outside of the kitchen, he is a devoted father of two who loves spending time with his family. He also enjoys basketball and fishing, hobbies that reflect both his energetic and patient personality. Madisun, originally from Cape Town, South Africa, is now based in Palma de Mallorca and is in her 4th season working in yachting. With a background in interior design, she was encouraged to try yachting by a close friend and quickly fell in love with the lifestyle, travel opportunities, and international environment. She began her career on M/Y Mana 1 as a deck/stew, gaining hands-on experience in both exterior and interior operations. She then advanced to M/Y Pandion Pearl as Second Stewardess, where she worked in a dynamic, guest-focused environment that demanded creativity and adaptability. Madisun joined Agape Rose after initially day-working on board and quickly connected with the crew. Now serving as Second Stewardess, she brings creativity, attention to detail, and a warm, engaging personality to the interior team. She holds an STCW certificate, Food Health & Safety training, and a Pull North Stewardess certification. Guests often comment on her warmth and attentiveness, and many are surprised to learn she has an identical twin sister also working in yachting. Outside of her professional role, Madisun enjoys spending time at the beach, exploring restaurants, shopping, and capturing memories through photography and videography. Luka, originally from the island of Lastovo and now based in Split, has been working in yachting for 4 years. Before his maritime career, he pursued football at a professional level, playing until the age of 26. Following his transition out of sports, he channeled his discipline, physical fitness, and focus into a new career at sea. His yachting journey began on board M/Y Alfa Mario and later M/Y Lotus, where he built strong seamanship skills and gained experience in guest-focused service. Currently serving as Deckhand on Agape Rose, Luka supports daily exterior maintenance, tender driving, and watersports operations, always with a proactive and enthusiastic approach. He holds a D2 Basic Training certificate and a Boat Skipper License, giving him the necessary qualifications to support safe and efficient yacht operations. In addition to his maritime skills, Luka is also a certified fitness trainer, bringing both energy and a health-conscious mindset to the crew environment. Fluent in Croatian, English, and Slovak, he is well-prepared to communicate with guests from diverse backgrounds. Outside of work, Luka enjoys training, traveling, and spending time with friends, staying active and balanced. Ivan, originally from Split, Croatia, began his maritime career at the age of 17. With 5 years of professional yachting experience, he brings a solid foundation of seamanship, reliability, and teamwork to his role as Bosun aboard Agape Rose. Before entering the yachting industry, Ivan built experience on sailboats and speedboats, honing his skills in navigation, guest transfers, and tender handling. He now oversees all exterior operations, including water toys, mooring, and maintenance, ensuring the smooth daily running of the yacht’s outdoor activities. Ivan holds a D2 Basic Safety Training certificate, a helmsman’s license, and a Category C boat license, giving him the qualifications to operate vessels up to 30 GT. Friendly and dependable, he thrives on supporting guests in their enjoyment of the water, whether through safe tender operations or setting up toys for fun and adventure. Ivan is fluent in Croatian and English, making him a clear communicator with both guests and crew. Roko grew up in Trilj, Croatia, and has built over 13 years of maritime experience, beginning his career on fishing vessels before moving into professional yachting. For seven years, he worked on the cabin boat Antonela, where he learned the intricacies of navigation, seamanship, and guest interaction. He then joined M/Y Excellence Adria and M/Y San Antonio, before taking on his current role as First Officer aboard Agape Rose, where he has now been for three years. Roko holds a First Officer license up to 500 GT for coastal navigation, a full STCW certificate, and several associated qualifications. These ensure he not only manages navigational responsibilities but also upholds the highest standards of safety and professionalism on board. He enjoys the dynamic challenges of yachting, the responsibility of caring for both vessel and guests, and the satisfaction of smooth operations. Roko’s approach to guest service is based on discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail, always ensuring that guests feel secure and comfortable. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, hunting, and staying active, and he is also a strong chess player - a skill that often surprises guests. Taylah, originally from Cape Town, South Africa, joined yachting in 2022 alongside her identical twin sister. Motivated by a desire to see the world and experience life beyond her hometown, she entered the industry with enthusiasm and determination. Her first role was on a private motor yacht in Palma de Mallorca, where she gained valuable experience and built long-lasting friendships. She later advanced to an 85m yacht in Abu Dhabi as a Housekeeping Stewardess, traveling to destinations including Italy, France, Turkey, and Germany. These experiences broadened her skills in guest service, housekeeping, and the rhythm of luxury yacht life. Now Head of Housekeeping on Agape Rose, Taylah brings discipline, organization, and attention to detail to her role, ensuring guests always enjoy a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment. She holds STCW certification, Food Health & Safety Level 2, and a Free Diving certification, in addition to a degree in Interior Design. Approachable, attentive, and thoughtful, Taylah strives to anticipate guest needs and elevate every detail of service. Outside of yachting, she enjoys hiking, photography, exploring local markets, and relaxing with a morning matcha. Ida, originally from Denmark, grew up surrounded by sailing and quickly developed a passion for life at sea. She has already built valuable experience on both private and charter yachts, including time spent on the 147m M/Y A+, S/Y Seatzen, and M/Y Iryna. These roles gave her a strong foundation in housekeeping, laundry, service, and guest interaction, as well as the chance to refine her skills in table settings and event preparations. Ida holds STCW10, Food & Hygiene, Crowd Management, Crisis Management, Cyber Security, and Proficiency in Designated Security Duties certifications. Her skills in silver service, aperitif presentation, and creative interior touches make her a versatile and reliable team member. Ida is fluent in Danish and English and has intermediate Spanish skills, enabling her to connect with guests from diverse backgrounds. She is known for her positive attitude, adaptability, and creativity, and she brings a sense of energy and warmth to the Agape Rose interior team. Nina, born and raised in Split, Croatia, joined the yachting industry in 2025 after previously working on board M/Y Dalmatino. Her decision to pursue a career in yachting was inspired by her love of the sea, travel, and meeting new people. As Junior Stewardess on Agape Rose, she supports the senior interior crew by assisting with service, housekeeping, and ensuring that guests feel relaxed and well cared for throughout their stay. She is fluent in Croatian and English and is known for her cheerful spirit and positive energy. Nina takes pride in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, often delighting guests with her sense of humor and willingness to go the extra mile. Outside of work, Nina enjoys spending time with her family, staying active, and going on adventures with friends. She also loves singing and dancing whenever there is music, which adds a lively and fun element to the onboard atmosphere. Milica, originally from a small village in Croatia and now living in Serbia, entered the yachting industry in 2015 and brings 11 years of experience to her role as Chief Stewardess. With a background in hospitality and wellness, she quickly realized that yachting allowed her to combine her skills with her love of travel and high-end service. She has worked on private and charter yachts up to 77 meters, spending the last 5 years in senior positions where she has led interior teams with professionalism and warmth. Milica holds STCW Basic Safety Training, ENG1, Food Hygiene Level 2, Security Awareness, and WSET Level 2 Award in Wines, along with qualifications in physiotherapy and massage. She is also trained in silver service, cocktail preparation, flower arranging, and event decoration—skills she uses to create seamless luxury experiences on board. For Milica, the greatest reward lies in making guests feel welcome, cared for, and relaxed, whether through an elegant table setting, a perfectly mixed cocktail, or the small details that elevate service to a five-star level. His first roles were on board M/Y Barbara and M/Y Casablanca, where he learned the essentials of deck operations, tender driving, watersports setup, and guest service. Now in his second season on Agape Rose, Luka plays an important role in maintaining the yacht, assisting with mooring, and ensuring that all watersport activities are safe and enjoyable. Luka holds multiple STCW certifications, including Basic Training, Advanced Fire Fighting, Security Awareness, Medical First Aid, and Navigational Watch, as well as a Powerboat Level 2 license and a Seaman’s Book. These qualifications give him the technical competence to respond effectively in both routine operations and emergency situations. Guests often appreciate his approachable and friendly personality, along with his proactive service style. Outside of work, Luka is passionate about fishing, diving, and padel, and he enjoys exploring hidden corners of the Adriatic coast. He is also a full-time student at the Maritime Faculty in Split, balancing his academic career with his work at sea—a fact that often surprises guests.
