Oleg has also gained distinguished international experience, having traveled with Chef Bruno Marino to Kazakhstan and Belarus to provide high-level service for Heads of State N.A. Nazarbayev and A.G. Ben, 23, from Marlow in Buckinghamshire, is a motivated and professional deckhand with a year and a half of experience in the yachting industry. He takes pride in maintaining high standards, showing punctuality, and bringing a positive attitude to every task. With strong skills in tender driving, deck maintenance, and operations, Ben combines hands-on expertise with an academic background in Finance, Accounting, and Management from the University of Nottingham. Active and outdoors-oriented, he enjoys rugby, watersports, golf, skiing, and fitness training, while also exploring photography and new adventures. Ben is committed to delivering exceptional charter experiences for guests.

With 40 years as a professional Mariner and over the past 14 years, he has worked extensively on vessels built by Trinity, Icon, Mangusta, Lürssen, and Benetti, establishing a reputation for his technical skill, problem-solving abilities, and calm, hands-on leadership. Bill has also held dual Captain/Engineer responsibilities with the Save the Sea Turtles Foundation, further underscoring his versatility and dedication to marine operations. Martin is a seasoned Chief Engineer from Germany with deep expertise in marine operating systems, and a proven track record in troubleshooting, efficiency, and leadership. Martin has gained wide experience working on luxury mega yachts, in shipyards, and on commercial buildings.
