Romanian national, born in 1988, Maria is a calm and motivated stewardess with a background in both high-end hospitality and yachting. She recently completed a season on board a 52m CRN private yacht, working as part of a four-person interior team. Her responsibilities included cabin preparation, breakfast and fruit service, laundry, ironing, and maintaining high housekeeping standards — both during guest operations and while assisting the Chief Stewardess through a yard period and interior refit.
Prior to yachting, Maria built extensive experience ashore as a maître, floor manager, and concierge, giving her a strong sense of guest service and detail. Her artistic training and experience in fine dining environments complement her eye for presentation, table setting, and flower arrangements. She holds a Master’s Degree in Fine Arts from Brera University in Milan.

Italian national, born in Massa Marittima, Samuele is a young, hands-on deckhand with a solid nautical education and growing experience aboard both private and charter motor yachts. Most recently, he worked a full Mediterranean season on board a 33m yacht cruising from the Gulf of Naples to Sardinia and the Balearics. His responsibilities included navigation and night watches, tender driving, anchoring and mooring operations, and the management of water toys and deck maintenance.
His previous experience includes time aboard Amer and Ferretti yachts ranging from 20 to 30 metres, as well as several seasons working in boat rentals and beach rescue. He holds a Nautical Diploma from the Institute of Livorno, a full STCW and ENG1, and is registered in the Italian seafarer registry. He also holds a power and sailboat licence (under 24m, no limits) and multiple PADI certifications up to Rescue Diver.
Reliable, versatile and safety-conscious, Samuele brings a discreet and team-focused presence on board. In his free time, he enjoys diving, freediving, and exploring the coast by small boat — always staying close to the sea.

Ragheb “Bibo” Nasraoui, born in 1993, in Alessandria, Italy, is a maritime professional with a demonstrated history of leadership and expertise in the yachting industry. With a technical nautical background and an unwavering commitment to excellence, Ragheb has progressed from deckhand roles to commanding luxury yachts, proving his capabilities and passion for the maritime field.
Ragheb’s career in yachting spans several significant positions. Notably, he served as the captain of the M/Y Follow the Sun from May 2017 to May 2019, a role he resumed on its successor, M/Y Follow the Sun 2, from January 2021 until December 2023. His leadership on these vessels was marked by his commitment to fulfilling the highest expectations of yacht owners and demanding guests, which culminated each time with the successful sale of the vessels.
Prior to his captaincy, Ragheb gained valuable experience as a deckhand on M/Y Serenity in 2020 and on M/Y Mr. Chic from in 2016, roles that honed his skills in vessel maintenance, safety procedures, and guest service. His maritime journey began as a deckhand on M/Y Moneikos in 2014.
Ragheb’s professional development started at the Technical Nautical Institute San Giorgio in Genoa. He holds a commercial captain’s licence for vessels up to 500 GT and 150 miles from the coast, complemented by STCW certifications with advanced endorsements.
Ragheb is known for his reliability, punctuality, and respectful demeanor towards colleagues and superiors alike. He possesses strong logical, communicative, and creative abilities, alongside advanced IT skills, which enhance his leadership and operational effectiveness on board.

His yachting experience includes serving as Executive Chef on the M/Y KOS in 2022, where he led the culinary team, created tailored menus, and managed the daily kitchen operations.
In 2021, Chef Riverso was the Executive Chef on the Satori Borgo Santo Pietro, handling menu development, food procurement, and staff coordination.
Onboard the LADY RACHEL in the Shamandura Charter Fleet during 2020, he managed the preparation of diverse dishes, ensuring high standards of quality and taste.
