Rebecca is an island girl with a deep connection to the ocean. With a background in hotel management, she has found her perfect fit in yachting, blending her love for hospitality with life at sea. Over the past 4 years in the industry, she has worked her way up to Second Stewardess and now leads and supports her team with positivity and pride in her work. Rebecca creates a warm, welcoming atmosphere on board and ensures every guest experience is seamless, always with a smile. Off duty, she is a passionate surfer, chasing waves wherever she can, and an avid photographer, capturing the beauty of the destinations she explores.
Fun Fact: Rebecca once found a baby Aldabra giant tortoise wandering through her family's garden, so they kept it. Five years later, she is still happily roaming around, leaving a trail of eaten mangoes behind.

REBECCA CIONNI
Stewardess
With 39 years in the industry and 32 as a Captain, Grahame brings a wealth of experience navigating the world's oceans, from the Mediterranean to the North Sea and everywhere in between, on both private and charter yachts ranging from 38m to 83m. Beyond the helm, he has led the build of several standout superyachts as Project Manager and Build Captain, including Galactica, Here Comes the Sun, Imagine, Vector, Lilli, Lana, and most recently, AMALYA (2019–2025). Known for his steady leadership and passion for mentoring crew, Grahame takes pride in building top-tier teams and delivering unforgettable onboard experiences for owners and guests alike. Off duty, you will find Grahame at home in Mallorca, at the gym, on a bike, or battling it out on the padel court, proving he has as much energy on land as he does at sea.
Fun Fact: Grahame was the winner of the Fraser Yachts Captain of the Year Award in 2014 and the Camper & Nicholsons Captain & Crew Award in 2004, and he is still smiling after 6 years managing Amalya.

GRAHAME SHORROCKS
Captain
Originally from the Polish countryside, far from the sea, Maciej always had a passion for marine technology. After earning a BSc in Mechanical Engineering and Power Plant Operation from a Maritime University, he began his career in commercial shipping, gaining valuable experience on passenger vessels, drilling rigs, and tankers before earning his Chief Engineer Unlimited ticket.
In 2009, he made the move into yachting, drawn by the industry's cutting-edge technology and high standards of service. Since then, he has been ensuring everything runs seamlessly below deck, combining technical expertise with a calm, methodical approach. Maciej does not miss a thing. When at home, he enjoys quality time with his family and staying active through swimming, hiking, diving, and going to the gym. Never one to sit still, he recently built his own campervan, so his travel adventures continue on land.
Fun Fact: Maciej's first car was a FIAT 126p, a 3-door icon roughly the size of a matchbox. With a top speed of 120 km/h downhill, he still managed to travel all across Europe in it.

MACIEJ DADASIEWICZ
Chief engineer
Before entering the yachting industry, Ana built a strong foundation in hospitality while living in the coastal city of Cape Town, South Africa. Born in Belgrade, Serbia, she brings a rich international background and spent 5 years working as a Lead Stewardess for a Royal family in the UAE, refining her attention to detail and high-end service standards. Since joining yachting in 2019, Ana has worked on a wide range of vessels from 40m to 135m, naturally progressing into her role as Chief Stewardess. Having studied Public Relations and Communication, she thrives in guest-facing environments and is known for her polished professionalism and warm, approachable nature. A true water baby at heart, Ana loves adventure and the outdoors, and is happiest in the sun, travelling, scuba diving, exploring new destinations, or riding horses.
When she is not at sea, she enjoys pilates and unwinding with a good book. With her passion for people, travel, and exceptional service, Ana embraces every opportunity the yachting lifestyle has to offer.
Fun Fact:
She went scuba diving surrounded by 27 sharks and fed them tuna straight from her bare hands, and still has all her fingers.

ANA TOMASEVIC
Chief steward/ess
Originally from New Zealand, Lena moved to Australia at a young age, where her passion for travel and the ocean led her into the yachting industry. She began her career as a stewardess before transitioning to the deck department, a move that allowed her to combine her strong work ethic with a hands-on role at sea. With over 8 years in the industry, Lena has gained experience across a wide range of yachts, from 50-metre vessels to 115-metre superyachts. This varied background has given her a well rounded understanding of deck operations, supporting her progression into the role of Lead Deckhand. Outside work, Lena enjoys an active lifestyle and spending time outdoors. Her interests include the gym, diving, hiking, travelling, reformer pilates, and quality time with friends and family.
Fun Fact: Before yachting, Lenna was a qualified hair dresser for 15 years.

LENA BAKER
Deckhand
Originally from Pretoria, South Africa, Evan spent his later school years living on the coast near Durban, where he developed a strong love for the ocean and an outdoor lifestyle. after enteriong the yaching industry 12 years ago, Evan combined his passion for travel and the sea into a successful career, with experience on yachts from 55m to 81m. Now serving as a 2 officer, he bring a structured and professional approach. Outside of work Evan enjoys fishing, golf and hiking and also has a strong interest in technlogy and engineering.
Fun Fact: Evan flies and builds his own drones.

EVAN COLLIER
Second Officer
With over 18 years in the yachting industry, Cristina has built a career around attention to detail, a passion for service, and a genuine dedication to creating a warm, welcoming environment for both guests and crew. She takes great pride in every role she undertakes. Cristina sees every challenge as an opportunity to grow, and her commitment to excellence has earned her the chance to take on greater responsibilities over the years. Grateful for the experiences and people she has encountered along the way, she remains focused on delivering outstanding service while fostering a strong, positive team dynamic. Outside of yachting, Cristina enjoys staying active through exercise, playing badminton, cooking, and winding down with a good book.
Fun Fact: Tina loves watching horror films, not just for the scares, but for the adrenaline rush.

CRISTINA GERMINO
Head housekeeper
Growing up near the water, Juan developed a lifelong connection to the
sea and a passion for hands-on work. He began his yachting career over 10 years ago, driven by a love of adventure and a goal to master all aspects of deck operations. Over the years, he has gained extensive experience across a variety of yachts. Working with diverse crews has helped him develop strong leadership skills and a focus on safety, teamwork, and exceptional guest service. He leads by example, staying organized, proactive, and committed to creating a positive environment on board. Whether launching tenders, setting up toys, handling docking procedures, or exercising his sharp humor, Juan ensures smooth, efficient operations and a seamless experience for guests. Off duty, he calls Palma home, where he enjoys exploring the outdoors with his children, scuba diving, staying active in the gym, drawing, and playing the guitar.
Fun Fact: Music has always played a big role in Juan's life. Karaoke is his go-to, and it is how he met his partner. Two children later, what started with a song has become a family tradition and a lifelong melody.

JUAN LAGO
Bosun
Rhia holds a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the University of North Eastern Philippines. Her passion for hospitality began at the prestigious 5-star Peninsula Manila Hotel, where she developed expertise in guest relations, housekeeping, laundry, and silver service. With over 15 years in the yachting industry, Rhia has worked aboard several distinguished yachts, rising through the ranks to become Head of Housekeeping. She is known for maintaining exceptional service standards and ensuring a seamless, immaculate onboard experience for both guests and crew. A team player with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude, Rhia takes pride in creating a welcoming, well-organised, and high-standard environment. In her downtime, she enjoys hiking, going to the gym, playing badminton, and relaxing with a good movie.
Fun Fact: Rhia loves leisurely hikes and exploring nature, until a gecko shows up. Then she suddenly becomes the fastest hiker on the trail you will ever see.

RHIA GARCIA
Head housekeeper
Half French and half Italian, Mathilde was born in the south of France and raised in Tuscany before returning to France to study Tourism and Event Management. Growing up between 2 cultures gave her a natural ease in connecting with people, skills that continue to shape her guest-focused approach today.
In 2021, she entered the industry as a Deck/Stew and nanny. That first busy season deepened her interest, and she has been focused on refining her service and leadership skills ever since. Mathilde is known for her positive energy, warmth, and natural sociability. Off duty, she loves outdoor adventures, from the mountains to the sea, as well as discovering new places, meeting people, trying new restaurants, and dancing. For her, yachting is the perfect blend of passion and skill, where creating unforgettable experiences for guests and crew is both her mission and her joy.
Fun Fact: In 2023, Mathilde took a year off to backpack across Australia, shaking up cocktails and serving prawns along the way. Her love for guest service made her realise that a return to yachting was calling.
