I grew up in a small country town called Te Awamutu in New Zealand, surrounded by farmland and spending plenty of time wakeboarding on the local lake. I also spent a lot of time on the east coast, where I developed a strong connection to the ocean through jet skiing and swimming, along with a love for hiking. Snowboarding has always been a separate passion of mine whenever | could get to the mountains. Before yachting, I spent six years in construction project management, which taught me strong time management, efficiency, and attention to detail. I now bring those skills into yachting, supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the yacht and guest experience.

Elliott was raised in the Wolverhampton-the furthest point from the coast in the UK. Despite this, he began diving aged 13 in dark, freezing cold quarries and quickly fell in love with the water. Aged 19, Elliott joined the British Royal Navy as a mine clearance diver and served 8years. After this, he lived in Honduras for 5months where he trained as a dive instructor and gained his tec qualifications. He has worked on sail boats followed by a dive expedition yacht where his favourite moment was being part of the first ever team to rebreather dive the Saba Ghost Wreck. Photography, fitness, listening to podcasts, making people happy are a few things he enjoys in spare time.
