My name is Peter Jolly; I’m a newly qualified Australian 2nd Officer. I have been in the yachting industry for 6 years. I have worked on vessels from 27m to 123m, working all over the world including the Mediterranean, United States of America, Caribbean, Middle East and Asia/Pacific. I’m Passionate about my career in the industry and look foreword to applying my new skills as I grow and develop in the industry with the goal of obtaining my master 3000 qualification in the next 5-10 years and becoming a captain of a large superyacht.

Demi, a Cape Town native, has always loved the outdoors, especially water sports like surfing, scuba diving, and freediving. She earned a BBA in Brand Building & Management while working in hospitality, then spent two years solo backpacking through Southeast Asia. With five years in Digital Marketing, she specialised in U.S. Commercial Real Estate campaigns before diving into the yachting world. Passionate about travel, music, great food, and beach days, Demi is also skilled in mixology and coffee artistry. Her bubbly energy, humour, and dedication ensure every guest enjoys an unforgettable experience onboard.

Emma hails from Kent, England, and was inspired by family friends to join the yachting industry. With a passion for the outdoors and a love for working abroad, Emma has spent the past five years working on yachts, relishing the opportunity to cruise through exotic destinations. She began her career on AMIGOS as a second stewardess and moved up to chief stewardess, embracing the added responsibility and leadership.
Emma finds joy in combining work with travel. In her downtime, she enjoys meeting new people, skiing, and exploring new places, always seeking fresh adventures and experiences.

Jordan started his engineering maritime career as a cadet at Glasgow Nautical college. With a background in the commercial sector of the merchant navy, he brings a wealth of experience to the yachting industry. Jordan has now spent 3 years in yachting as Second Engineer on board various sized vessels and looks forward to developing his knowledge on board AMIGOS. Engineering aside, Jordan enjoys all aspects of sports including water sports and general fitness training.

Boris is originally from Bulgaria and has over 25 years of experience at sea, including time on some of the world’s largest superyachts. Calm and dependable, he ensures that everything behind the scenes runs smoothly so guests can relax and enjoy their time on board.
When not in the engine room, Boris loves an active lifestyle — you’ll often find him windsurfing, snowboarding, hiking in nature, or experimenting with healthy cooking. His warm personality and dedication make him a valued part of the crew.

Always seeking new challenges, he prefers long-distance rides on unexplored routes, embracing the thrill of discovery. Whether in the kitchen or on the road, James is driven by adventure and a desire to push boundaries.

Hey there! I’m Thomas, and I’m here to make sure you have the best possible time onboard.
This is my third year working in yachting, and I love what I do. Whether it’s setting up for water sports, keeping the decks sparkling, or helping out with tender rides, I’m all about creating smooth, enjoyable experiences for our guests.
Outside of work, I’m super into photography and videography, so if you ever want some epic photos from your time on board (or maybe a mini trip video), I’m your guy. I’ve also got a big love for snowboarding, and anything adventurous, so I’m always up for action packed days or sharing travel stories if you're keen.
I’m here to help with whatever you need, just give me a shout. Looking forward to an amazing trip together.
