Originally from Essex, Jack is an ex-military engineer whose path into yachting began through extensive travel. After several years in commercial sailing, he returned to the superyacht industry, where he has continued to develop a strong, solutions-focused technical skill set. Married with two children, Jack brings a grounded, balanced and dependable approach to life on board, with a genuine enjoyment of the dynamic environment that yachting offers. No day is ever the same, and he thrives on the constant movement and problem-solving it demands. His passion is golf, where he gets to spend time outdoors with his friends and engage in a gentle exercise and some fun competition.

Nico is from Auckland, New Zealand, raised by the beach in a big, music-loving family. He was drawn into yachting through friends already in the industry, and after years of university study and working in the trades, it felt like the perfect mix of ocean life, travel, and being around good people. It’s a career that lets him bring both his practical skills and creative energy into a shared, fast-moving environment. What he enjoys most about the job is the crew – everything starts with them. Nico values being part of a team that stays active, works hard, and keeps each other dialed in. Delivering a great guest experience together is an unreal feeling. Outside of work, music is a huge part of his life – Nico plays guitar, bass, and drums, does a bit of producing, and is currently learning to DJ. He is also into fitness, running, and being outdoors, especially anywhere near the water. With a trades background, Nico enjoy hands-on projects and has a knack for everything from plumbing to building camper vans.

Hailing from Upstate New York, Shannon began her yachting journey shortly after graduating college while working at a marina on the Hudson River. There, she met the owner of a yacht delivery company, which led to her first opportunities completing deliveries along the U.S. East Coast, which sparked her long-term interest in the industry. Shannon later relocated to Florida to pursue her first permanent live-aboard position and continues to build her career on board. What she loves most about her job is the dynamic, ever-changing environment. Shannon thrives in a fast-paced lifestyle and enjoys that no two days are the same – there’s always something new to learn, a challenge to tackle, or a new destination to experience. She brings strong skills in drone photography and videography, along with a passion for watersports including wakeboarding, e-foiling, wake surfing and waterskiing.

Anna is from Stockholm, Sweden, having grown up just north of the inner city, close to the archipelago. She was introduced to yachting through a close friend who had entered the industry herself and encouraged Anna to take the leap, knowing her love for the sea, new challenges, and meeting people. She changed plans to move to Spain and instead headed to France, where she secured her first role as a stewardess for a summer season before transitioning into the exterior department to work on deck. What Anna enjoys most about her role is the people she meets from all corners of the world, who constantly inspires her and broadens her perspective. Anna loves being able to combine life at sea, beautiful surroundings, and an active role that continues to challenge and motivate her. Anna holds a Divemaster qualification and has a strong passion for recreational scuba diving and marine conservation. Anna is always keen to explore new places, share knowledge, and continue learning about the underwater world. Outside of work, she enjoys running, hiking, painting, and photography.

Though born and brought up in London, Thomas made the move to New Zealand at 18, and this became his home for the next 20 years. After two decades of adventure and growth, he recently relocated back to the United Kingdom, where he now lives with his wife and family. Thomas’ path into yachting began while working as a scuba diving instructor in New Zealand – when a friend told him about his new job on a yacht, Thomas was instantly drawn to the industry. He quit his job, sold all his possessions and headed to Antibes to pursue a career at sea – a decision that changed his life. Thomas loves the challenge of being a yacht captain and being presented with complex situations. With a team of driven, high-performing individuals, he thrives on bringing talented people together to solve problems collectively. Outside yachting, Thomas thrives on endurance and discipline. He’s completed a full Ironman and, while not currently training for triathlons, he stays active with running, cycling and weightlifting.

Morgan was first introduced to yachting in Val d’Isère at the Fall Line Bar, where two yacht crew owners first sold him the dream. What started as a plan to try yachting for just one year quickly turned into a long-term career - nine years later, he is still in the industry and as motivated as ever. What Morgan enjoys most about his role is the responsibility and variety that come with life on board. Being part of a professional, well-drilled team and consistently maintaining high standards is something he takes real pride in. The dynamic nature of the job keeps things interesting and continues to push him to grow within the industry.

She entered the yachting industry at nineteen after taking what was intended to be a short break from her studies, and it quickly became a long-term career that she has never looked back from. What she values most about yachting is the human element. Creating moments of genuine impact for memorable guest experiences and supporting crew through their leadership and personal development journeys, is where she finds the greatest sense of fulfilment. Lauren takes pride in fostering calm, well-structured environments where people feel supported, motivated, and able to perform at their best. Outside of yachting, she enjoys rhythm spin, kitesurfing, maintaining an active lifestyle, and exploring new destinations through food and local culture. With fifteen years of experience, Lauren brings calm confidence, emotional intelligence, and a people-centred approach to everything she does.

Originally from Antigua in the heart of the Caribbean, Zyanya entered the yachting industry after taking a year off from university – a decision that ultimately shaped her career, though she did go on to complete her degree. Since then, she has built extensive experience within the interior department, progressing into senior leadership roles on board. What she loves most about yachting is the opportunity to explore new destinations, experience different cultures, and embrace the adventure of an environment where no two days are ever the same. Zyanya takes pride in delivering a polished, professional guest experience, particularly in high-end charter settings. She holds sommelier qualifications, allowing her to further elevate the onboard dining and guest experience.

It quickly became clear this was the perfect fit, and she has never looked back. What Briar enjoys most about her role is creating personal, thoughtful experiences and helping people feel relaxed, cared for, and truly looked after. Briar values genuine connection and loves adding small details that make moments feel special. With a strong interest in fashion, wardrobe management is also something she genuinely enjoys. Briar specialise in creating a soft, calming atmosphere – one candle, one face mask, and one thoughtful touch at a time. Outside of work, she enjoys surfing, discovering new destinations, fine arts, and wine.

Paulo is from Malolos City in Bulacan, Philippines. He began his maritime career working on cruise ships and was later offered the opportunity to move into yachting, which marked the start of his journey in the industry. What he enjoys most about his work is the chance to travel and experience different places while maintaining high standards in everything he does onboard. Paulo takes pride in being reliable and consistent and approaches his role with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude. Paulo works well within a team, follows direction carefully, and is always willing to step in wherever support is needed. Paulo is resilient by nature and skilled in sewing, garment care, and organisation, all of which support smooth day-to-day operations. Outside of work, he enjoys running, playing the guitar, and basketball, which help him stay active and balanced.
