Panos graduated as an Engineer from the Merchant Marine Academy of Aspropyrgos. He counts 24 years of experience in the marine industry serving aboard passenger ferries as well as very large tankers transporting crude oil and brings a great deal of experience and knowledge to ensure the smooth operation of the yacht and her equipment. Panos participated in the 2021 extensive refit and upgrade of ARMONIA during her dry docking and has intimate knowledge of her systems, having personally suggested many of the enhancements that were carried out. He is available 24 hours a day to deal with engineering issues and is always willing to assist with deck activities and water sports. He has completed all safety trainings. Panos is married and has two children. He enjoys hiking in the mountains as well as fishing. In his spare time, he is a dog trainer. This is his fourth year with APMONIA having previously served aboard yachts ranging from 30m to 50m.

Lefteris embarked on his journey aboard luxury charter yachts fueled by his passion for both the sea and the hospitality industry. He is an able seaman with a keen sense of responsibility and awareness, always ready to assist whenever needed. He is always attentive to guests’ needs while remaining approachable and cheerful. His expertise extends to deck activities and water sports, and he has successfully completed all safety training, holding a speed boat license. Lefteris is married and the proud father of two children. In his spare time, he is an avid basketball player and enjoys diving and fishing. He is in his fourth year with APMONIA having previously served aboard yachts ranging from 34m to 38m.

Babis spent the first sixteen years of his life on the picturesque island of Hydra, a place with a rich maritime tradition and home to many renowned Greek admirals and shipowners. It’s where he always returns to unwind, sail, and scuba dive. Drawn by the magnetism of the Mediterranean, Babis entered the luxury yachting industry in 2019 and has since built valuable experience on board yachts ranging from 35m to 48m. Whether assisting with watersports, mooring, or daily deck operations, he’s always ready to help with a smile. In his free time, Babis enjoys fishing and staying active at the gym. This will be his first season on board APMONIA, and he’s excited to contribute to unforgettable charter experiences.

Sarantis was born in the 1980s in Athens, Greece. With a heritage that is a blend of Greek and Thai roots, he has a deep appreciation for both Mediterranean and Asian cuisines. Upon successfully completing his education at the Le Monde cooking school in Athens, Sarantis embarked on a journey to expand his culinary knowledge and enhance his skills. He gained valuable experience by working in various restaurants across Europe, Asia, and North America, including establishments like Thai Corner UK, Pho UK, Nami Suchi Glyfada, and Divani Caravel Hotel. In addition to his culinary pursuits, Sarantis developed a passion for the sea, leading him to explore yachting. Fluent in Greek, Thai, and English, Sarantis brings a diverse and multicultural influence to his cooking expertise.

Eleni is a passionate sailor and a former owner of a sailing boat. She joined APMONIA after working as a Stewardess, Hostess, Cook, and Bartender on private and charter yachts for the past 19 years, fulfilling her love for the sea and her desire to meet people from around the world. Eleni holds a Sommelier Diploma from the “Le Monde Institute of Hotel and Tourism Studies” in Athens and is a trained Sound Engineer. Her professional journey includes owning a pet shop and working in health and beauty lifestyle products. This diverse background has equipped her with the skills and mindset necessary to excel in providing the highest level of housekeeping and personalised service, tailored to our guests’ individual needs and preferences, ensuring they enjoy every moment of their trip. Eleni's mission is to help guests discover Greece's treasures, from Mediterranean delights to history, philosophy, art, and culture. In her spare time, she enjoys playing tennis, practicing yoga, reading, and cherishing moments with friends and family. Eleni has previously served on yachts ranging from 24m to 36m.

Yiannis, a Hospitality graduate, has over 20 years of experience in various roles at 5-star hotels in Greece, including bartender, waiter, and restaurant manager. His transition to the luxury yachting industry was influenced by his past experience as a Chief Steward in the Hellenic Navy. Holding certifications in sommelier skills and mixology, he is passionate about sharing his knowledge of Greek wines and crafting unique cocktails for guests. Yiannis recently participated in private tuition sessions organized by The Academy Monaco, enhancing his skills in wine service and hospitality, aiming to elevate guest experiences on board APMONIA to a French 'Palace' level. Described as a team player with a friendly and supportive attitude, Yiannis is committed to fulfilling APMONIA's mission of delivering exceptional experiences. Outside of work, he enjoys basketball, reading about history and wines, and attending wine shows to broaden his knowledge and socialize.

Captain Panos counts 18 years of experience in the maritime industry ranging from large vessels to cruise ships and passenger ships. He has extensively cruised the Eastern and Western Mediterranean and has intimate knowledge of the best yachting spots of the Aegean and Ionian seas. A graduate of the Merchant Marine Academy on the island of Syros, Captain Panos has been a dedicated yachting industry professional since 2009, showcasing exceptional leadership and organizational skills. He is genuinely passionate about his maritime career, and his enthusiasm seamlessly aligns with the positive attitude of the entire crew. As the Captain, he takes great pride in creating tailor-made yacht cruise experiences for each charter. He works closely with his guests to ensure that all their needs and wishes are met having their safety and comfort as his top priorities. Captain Panos is married and has three children. His hobbies range from sports such as tennis, biking and hiking to woodworking and gardening.
