About AQUA LIBRA
A 131’ Sunseeker, M/Y Aqua Libra was launched in 2018. A sophisticated luxury yacht featuring wide views and elegant decoration; relax your senses with her entertainment and savor top-notch Mediterranean cuisine by the talented chef onboard. Aqua Libra offers a high level of personal comfort and luxury. Her special feature of large windows invited plenty of natural light creating an illuminous ambience. The sundeck provides a Jacuzzi, a wet bar and plenty of space to relax and soak in the sun. The upper deck offers an indoor salon, bar, and a large dining table on the exterior aft deck. She sleeps 11 guests in five luxurious staterooms including a panoramic master suite on the main deck featuring huge windows allowing plenty of light to penetrate giving a bright, spacious feel as well as two private dressing rooms and a his & her bathroom. Aqua Libra is in exceptional condition and fully equipped with numerous water toys!

Dimitri is a dedicated Chief Officer with both commercial shipping and yachting experience, currently serving on board M/Y Aqua Libra. His maritime background includes several contracts as Second Officer with Euronav, where he developed strong navigational, watchkeeping and safety management skills. He also served as Chief Officer on M/Y Adamas V, supervising deck operations, maintenance schedules, navigation support and tender activities, while maintaining high standards of safety and guest service. Additional experience as a boat captain in Naxos further strengthened his operational and leadership skills. He speaks English and French, and in his free time enjoys watersports and outdoor activities.
Dimitrios Petridis
First Officer
Ioannis was born in 1976 and is a Greek national with a real passion for engineering. He graduated from the Hellenic Marine Academy (Engineers Department) and has also taken part in several specialized seminars over the years. He started out working on large tankers and OBO ships worldwide before moving into yachting, where he’s worked on well-known vessels like M/Y Armonia, M/Y Pouaro, M/Y Ithaki, M/Y Water Toy II, and M/Y Bliss. He has been part of the Aqua Libra crew since 2018, Ioannis is the go-to person for anything technical—completely trusted by the captain and crew to keep everything running smoothly. He’s single, loves music and traveling, and speaks fluent English.
Ioannis Kazantzis
Chief engineer
Born in Athens in 1982, Alexandros, a seasoned chef with over a decade of experience in both Greece and Austria, embarked on his culinary journey in prestigious restaurants and hotels before venturing into the yachting industry in 2008. Possessing a Class A diploma from the Hellenic Ministry of Mercantile Marine, he is dedicated to refining his craft and knowledge. Alexandros has enriched his culinary expertise through seminars in Mediterranean cuisine, rice, flour, bread, Turkish stuffed cuisine, and Greek & European Cheeses. Beyond the kitchen, he finds passion in Martial Arts, hiking and Enduro mountain bike racing. Known for his calm yet enthusiastic demeanor, Alexandros consistently goes above and beyond, striving to exceed the expectations of his clients with every culinary endeavor.

Alexandros Stavropoulos
Chef
An experienced deckhand with several years in yachting, currently serving on board M/Y Aqua Libra (40m Sunseeker). His previous experience includes M/Y Oasis 50m, M/Y Christina 20m and M/Y Moya 17m, where he developed strong skills in deck maintenance, mooring operations, tender handling and supporting the smooth day to day running of luxury yachts. He also brings valuable technical knowledge from seven years in yacht repairs and bodywork, including GRP repair certification. He holds a speedboat operator licence, speaks English and French, and in his free time enjoys fitness, fishing and watersports.
George Gavalas
Deckhand
Vasiliki brings a strong background in hospitality and hands-on sailing experience to her role as 3rd Stewardess aboard M/Y Aqua Libra. She spent two consecutive seasons aboard the Meltemi sailing ship in Athens, working both as a stewardess and deckhand, where she managed guest services, coordinated activities, assisted with paperwork, and participated in all onboard operations, from docking to offshore sailing. With a solid foundation in F&B, including leadership roles at high-end restaurants in Athens, she’s known for her excellent presentation, attention to detail, and warm, professional demeanor. She holds certifications including STCW, Seafarer ID, and an Offshore Sailing Diploma, and is passionate about travel, music, and photography.
Vasiliki Papapantelidi

Eleftheria raised in Greece, brings previous charter experience as well as years of catering to her yachting expertise. Confident in assisting with guest service and interior prep, she's eager to make guests feel at ease. With her warm demeanor, she's described as genuinely positive. She's keen to support the crew and spends her free time swimming and attending seminars to enhance her skills as a barista/ server/waitress.

Her qualifications as a General Medical Assistant and in Economic-Administrative Studies enhance her organizational skills and ability to adapt seamlessly to any situation. With years of experience on prestigious yachts like M/Y Zaliv III, Adriana excels in delivering impeccable service, overseeing fine dining, and ensuring every detail is perfect. Her passions for travel, cooking, and floral arranging add a personal touch that enhances the guest experience, making every charter truly unforgettable.

Vangelis was born in 1985 in Athens and is a Greek national. He holds a Captain's diploma from the Hellenic Marine Academy of Kimi and all the necessary certificates for his position. He started his career in 2005 on commercial and passenger ships and after gaining valuable experience he entered the yachting industry in 2011. Before joining M/Y Aqua Libra in 2018, he served as chief officer onboard M/Y Nashira, S/Y Fivea, M/Y Elvis and M/Y Dragon. His outgoing, hospitable personality is a valuable contribution to the team of Aqua Libra. He is a certified PADI scuba diver and as a keen water sports enthusiast, he loves taking the guests out on the tender for day trips and exploring new areas and instructing everyone on the toys onboard. Vangelis is single, speaks fluent English and loves swimming and diving.
