Originally trained as an engineer in Paris, Thierry found his true calling at sea. With over 20 years of experience on both sailing and motor yachts, he has captained prestigious vessels across the Mediterranean and Caribbean. Based in Antibes, he knows the French Riviera, Corsica, Sardinia, and the Italian Coast like the back of his hand.
Thierry has been captain on board M/Y ARIYAS since her launch. Calm, approachable, and highly skilled, he ensures the smooth operations creating a welcoming and safe environment for guests.
Xavier is a classically trained French chef, educated at the prestigious hospitality school in Le Touquet. He began his career at the famed Hotel de Crillon in Paris, followed by a year under Michelin-starred chef Le Divellec. Passionate about world cuisines, Xavier honed his skills while traveling before bringing his talents to yachts.
He has over 15 years Of experience onboard sailing and motor yachts, including world cruising on Magic Cat, Lady Barbetta, Vaimiti, and several years on a Mangusta 150' based in Cannes. Xavier has been working alongside Captain Thierry for over 10 years, delighting guests with his versatile, refined cuisine. Specializing in Mediterranean, Thai, Persian dishes, sushi and fresh seafood, he sources top-quality ingredients localy. Xavier ensures every meal is a memorable event !
French and passionate about travel, Dorothée spent five years in London and ten years on the Amalfi Coast after completing literary studies. Throughout her career, she has always worked in luxurious fashion houses such as Hermås, Dior and Fendi, as well as high—end gastronomic restaurants.
Her background naturally led her into yachting. After four seasons aboard charter yachts, including Heliad 3 and Forza Ouieta, she joined ARI YAS
Highly meticulous and attentive, Dorothée maintains a careful eye on every detail. She enjoys bringing her appreciation for beautiful things into the yacht's decoration and creating elegant and refined surroundings onboard. Thanks to her extensive fine dining experience, every meal onboard is delivered to perfection.

French and full Of energy, Nora has been working on board since
ARIYAS was launched. Trained onboard by Captain Thierry and Chef Xavier, she knows the yacht inside out and is now a licensed captain herself.
Nora is highly skilled at driving the tender and jet ski, and always ready to take guests wakeboarding, water—sking, or tubing. She also maintains the exterior Of the yacht with precision and pride.
Enthusiastic, approachable, and tireless, she brings vibrant energy to the crew and every charter.
Enthusiastic and originally from France, Nina began her hospitality journey in Lyon, where she spent a year working in service at the renowned Paul Bocuse establishment. She later moved to Australia and joined the gastronomic restaurant of the Sydney Opera House, where she also perfected her English skills.
Returning to Lyon, she continued her career at the five-star
InterContinental Hotel, These luxury hospitality experiences naturally guided her toward yachting and ultimately led her to joining ARIYAS.
Curious and eager to learn, Nina quickly proved herself to be an excellent stewardess. Dynamic and always on the move, she brings a joyful and enthusiastic spirit wherever she goes. A former high-level sportswoman, she is also very active on deck and enjoys assisting the crew during maneuvers.
