He, then, continued and became captain in 1995 until now on motor and sailing yachts, cruising on Mangustas, Bagliettos, Wallys, Benettis and Sanlorenzos.
With over 225,000 nautical miles logged across private, charter, classic races and delivery voyages, Philippe is a professional and versatile yacht captain that has a great understanding of the sea and the guests wishes. He joined ARMONEE in 2025 following his desire to sail the Mediterranean Sea and to give to the guests an unforgettable experience onboard.

Caroline provides lunches and breakfasts tailored to dietary preferences and restrictions (including kosher and gluten-free). Alongside her cooking, she ensures immaculate interior standards through daily housekeeping, laundry, table setting, and guest service, always with a warm and professional approach.
During charters, Caroline provides seamless hosting with a positive attitude, serving food and drinks, organizing activities, and supporting the crew with mooring and water toys when needed.
