Known for his commitment to safety and reliability, he brings a wealth of navigation and engineering knowledge. Holding qualifications such as AMSA Master 4 and IYT Master of Yachts Unlimited Oceans, he is adept at managing vessels up to 45m.
Damien’s Australian and English-speaking, with skills encompass ocean and coastal sailing across major oceans. On top of his skills as a Captain, Damien is knowledgeable in engines, generators, electrics, and hydraulics, therefore knows his vessels inside and out, ready to meet diverse guests and vessel needs with flexibility and dedication.

Richard Harris, a skilled Captain and First Mate with dual British/Canadian nationality and English-speaking, commands the seas from Palma de Mallorca. With a decade of expertise in navigation, deck management, and water sports, Richard's background includes being an instructor and First Responder with the South West Ambulance Service. Known for his loyalty, work ethic, and friendly demeanor, he holds numerous certifications, including the RYA/MCA Yachtmaster Offshore.
Recently, Richard captained charter vessels like the M/Y Happy Days and M/Y Malibu along Mallorca's coast. His experience as Mate on the M/Y Think Bigger, a new build from Ferretti, involved outfitting, navigation, and deck operations. He also provided relief on the M/Y Lady Gigi and served as Deckhand/Chaseboat Captain on the M/Y Northlander, managing maintenance and guest cruising activities. Kelly Boardman from England has been immersed in yachting for as long as she can remember, coming from a family of sailors and always feeling drawn to the sea. Owning her boat has provided her with hands-on experience in navigation and tender operations. Over the past thirteen years, she has worked in various marinas across the UK.
Kelly began her career as crew and chief stewardess with the Ritz Carlton Yacht Collection, where she delivered a 5-star guest experience following their gold standard approach. Her background also includes roles as a Boat Yard Coordinator/Lock Keeper, Chandlery Supervisor, and various bar and waitressing positions. These experiences have equipped her with detailed guest service skills and excellent customer relations

Meet Jena Jay, affectionately known as Jay, the vibrant and dynamic Stewardess/Deckhand aboard this vessel. Jay is from North Wales, English and Welsh- speaking and at just 22, brings an infectious energy and a fervent passion for all things fashion and interior design to the team. This marks her debut season on a yacht, and she couldn’t be more thrilled, approaching every task with a positive, can-do attitude.
Before joining the yachting world, Jay honed her exceptional interior skills as a chalet host in the Alps, ensuring every space met the highest standards, Additionally, her experience as a water sports instructor makes her the go-to person for all your aquatic adventure inquiries. Daniel is a skilled Marine Engineer from Scotland, with over four years of experience in the yachting industry. Having worked on various vessels including the 36m MY Benita Blue, 50m MY Liberty, and 34m MY Nati Tre, he has a comprehensive understanding of managing and maintaining ship systems. His expertise includes MTU main propulsion engines, Kohler gen sets, fin stabilizers, water makers, pumps, valves, and electrical and electronic components.
Daniel is English-speaking proficient in AV/IT system setup and maintenance and has successfully overseen extensive projects such as the full tear-down and cataloguing of a vessel for a hull paint job. He brings strong experience in handling yard periods, charter operations, and sea crossings, and is known for his logical thinking and clear communication.
Since returning to the UK in 2018, Daniel has been running his own business, continuing his hands-on approach to mechanical work. He is a non-smoker with no tattoos, and is open to extended stays aboard vessels, with aspirations to achieve Y certification in the future.
