Originally from Turkey, she trained at Le Cordon Bleu in Istanbul and has worked on motor and sailing yachts up to 42m. Her warm, calm, attitude and flexible cooking style make her a Chef you’ll remember.
Sule loves exploring new cuisines and takes her inspiration from across the Mediterranean, Aegean, Adriatic and beyond, from the Greek Islands and Croatia to Sardinia, Cannes, and even the Middle East. She’s catered for charters, private trips, and high-profile events including yacht shows, always delivering balanced, beautifully presented meals tailored to a range of tastes and dietary needs. Whether sourcing fresh, local produce at a market or preparing elegant menus for guests, Şule brings focus, care, and strong galley organisation to every service. When she’s not in the galley, she enjoys sailing, meditation, and discovering new cuisines.

Janset leads the interior team aboard M/Y AXELLA with a composed and professional manner, drawing on her experience across both private and charter vessels up to 50 metres. She has held the role of Chief Stew on her last two yachts and demonstrates strong organisational skills. Prior to yachting, she graduated with a degree in Bioengineering.
Friendly and efficient, she brings structure and consistency to her role, ensuring a smooth guest experience and well-run interior operations. She has a keen eye for detail—whether it’s service, table presentation, or maintaining guest spaces to the highest standard. Janset loves being around people—whether socialising or delivering top-quality service—and we are sure you will find her very open and approachable.

Based in İzmir, Nurten joined the yachting industry in 2023, bringing with her a wealth of hospitality and service experience. A graduate of Nevvar Salih İşgören High School of Tourism and Management, she quickly became a valued member of the team thanks to her calm, helpful nature and strong service skills.
Before stepping onboard, Nurten built a diverse background working as a barista, emergency room assistant, and spa therapist—roles that underline her passion for wellness and caring for others. In her free time, you’ll find her enjoying music, swimming, and volleyball, reflecting her energetic and positive approach to life.
With her genuine passion for the sea and dedication to guest care, Nurten always goes the extra mile to ensure you and your guests enjoy an exceptional experience onboard.

Tahir is our reliable, hands-on deckhand from Samsun, with five years of experience working on both private and charter motor yachts. He’s worked across a range of vessels, and brings solid knowledge of tender driving, line handling, anchoring, and mooring procedures.
Calm and steady in his approach, Tahir is a quiet force on deck—dependable, hardworking, and always ready to lend a hand. He takes pride in maintaining clean, orderly workspaces and follows a disciplined routine. With certified training in firefighting, first aid, rescue techniques, and hygiene, Tahir is well-prepared for the demands of a busy vessel like AXELLA. He loves being outdoors and in particular anything connected to the sea and in his spare time you can find him fishing, sailing, hiking, or playing water sports.

Tahir Tasci

Taner’s love of the sea began at a young age, although his professional journey initially took him into computer engineering. That technical background has served him well in the world of yachting, where he’s since carved out a successful career as an engineer. He first joined Axella in 2021, where he played a key role alongside the Captain in Axella’s recent refit, contributing significantly to the selection and integration of advanced onboard technologies.
After a brief break Taner is dleighetd to be back on board, brining with him his a solid foundation of technical training and a deep understanding of the vessel and its systems. His mix of technical expertise, hands-on experience, and proactive approach makes him an invaluable asset to the team.
Outside of work, Taner is passionate about motorsport, water sports, and travel. Calm under pressure, approachable, and quietly capable, Taner brings both professionalism and energy to the engine room.

Captain Erhan is a well-respected seaman with over two decades of experience sailing both private and charter vessels. His love for the sea started early and has shaped a career full of hands-on experience, continuous learning, and strong leadership. A graduate of Aydın Multi Program High School’s Seaman School, he holds a 500GT Yachtmaster certificate and is well-versed in all technical and operational systems. He is proactive in developing his teams.
Erhan has worked in diverse regions, from the north of Europe to the Arabian seas. He is most at home in the Aegean and knows all the best spots for anchorage. Erhan is a hands-on leader, and his warm, approachable manner ensures that you and your guests will have the very best time on board AXELLA.

Erhan Demitöz

Emir is our ambitious and hard-working First Officer, who brings over five years of hands-on experience on deck. He studied at Çanakkale University, where he completed his Maritime degree. Since 2020, he has worked his way, developed his skills and built on his impressive qualifications. He is particularly skilled in watch keeping, GPS navigation, and basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting. Prior to yachting, he developed a strong foundation in maritime systems and onboard operations, which has served him well.
Known for his calm presence under pressure and strong teamwork ethic, Emir is always eager learn and grow his skills as he works towards his dream of being a Captain one day. In his free time, he enjoys sailing and exploring new coastlines.
