Aaron considers himself a perfectionist. He loves his job and therefore ensures it is done well. He approaches all aspects with a good attitude and likes engaging with guests when appropriate.
He has has over 4 years in the the yachting industry. Aarons hobbies consist of fishing and sports (padel, padelsurf, football, gym, etc.).

Aaron speaks Spanish, English and Catalan.

Victor has been in the industry for over 2 years after graduating in ADE and completing his courses in diving and first aid.
He considers himself to have high attention to detail with guests being his priority. He is passionate about the sea and prides himself in excellent service along with efficiency.
Victor always holds himself in a professional manner with a smile on his face. His hobbies include scuba diving, snorkelling, boxing and good music.

Victor speaks Spanish and English, and some knowledge of Italian.

Native Spanish, Samantha comes from a family who has always had a close relationship with the sea, therefore, it came as no surprise when she decided to leave behind her job and embark on a journey where the office has a different view every day. Although young, Samantha has plenty of experience in customer service and catering. She is extremely passionate about her job and has a charming personality which is certain to put a smile on any guests’ face. Outgoing and active, she loves to travel, explore new places and meet new people all around the world.

Samantha speaks Spanish and English.

We could say that Jesús (1994 Alicante, Spain) was born between the fires, since his father, also a chef, instilled in him with the art of fine gastronomy from a very young age. Jesús is like an ace in the hole for B4, besides being an excellent Chef, he is a person with great energy, multiple skills and facility to develop any role successfully. Jesús e has great charter experience, working in the industry since 2014. He will be delighting B4 guests with his Mediterranean cuisine, where there is no lack of the freshest products thanks to his valuable contacts.

Inspite of being born far from the sea (Andorra 1984), it was always clear to Sergio, that that was where he wanted to work.
From a very young age he started working in the family restaurant, where he learned the importance of offering good service and coordinating work teams. He worked and studied with enthusiasm until he managed to get into the world of yachts, his great passion. Today, Sergio is an excellent Captain with more than 15 years of experience; educated, helpful, perfectionist and very experienced in Charter. At the helm of B4, he has been able to make an extraordinary team of 5 for providing a good service to 12 guests, a challenge within the reach of very few.
Sergio is going into his third season onboard B4.
