Raised in a maritime environment and closely connected to the shipyard world through his family, he developed a deep understanding of boats, craftsmanship, and life at sea from childhood. This early exposure shaped his professional path and inspired him to pursue a career in yachting.
Despite his young age, Sime has built strong, hands-on experience through progressive roles from deckhand and bosun to captain, gaining valuable knowledge aboard both motor and sailing yachts up to 65 meters.
He is recognized for his leadership, calm demeanor, and strong focus on safety and guest satisfaction.
Holding a Yachtmaster 500 GT license along with comprehensive STCW and advanced safety certifications, Sime combines technical expertise with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
