With a strong background in arts and crafts, she even ran her own small business selling her creations. She is excited to learn, contribute, and grow both professionally as a stewardess and personally through every new experience the industry offers.

Tymon is a 20-year-old crew member from Poland who has worked on both private and charter yachts. He’s known for his friendly personality, strong team spirit, and positive attitude onboard. Tymon is passionate about life at sea and always brings energy and enthusiasm to the crew. He’s approachable, hardworking, and ready to support others and assist guests with a smile.

Giuseppe is a young Italian from Taormina, Sicily a beautiful city by the Ionian Sea and Mount Etna. He had fell in love with the sea since he was a child, and he has always spent his summers on the beach. Giuseppe started working when he was a teenager helping his father with their family business doing daily charters with speed boats around Taormina. He went on to graduate from maritime school, at which time he decided to apply his skills to a career in the yachting world. Giuseppe joined M/Y BEATRIX in 2022 and since then, he has integrated well with the deck team proving to be a fast learner and skilled crew member, all of which had led to his promotion to Bosun for the season 2024. In his free time, he enjoys singing and playing guitar.

Igor is a Chief Engineer with more than 20 years of experience in yachting industry. He has the majority of experience in the maintenance and operation of all types of engines and electrical systems. He is a responsible and sociable person which in his free time of enjoys spending time with his family and fishing.

Damijan is an experienced seaman who has worked in the marine industry since 1990. Having lived in Slovenia, near the coast, he has been passionate about the sea since his childhood, when he would spend time fishing with his grandfather and father, or swimming and diving at the beach. This passion resulted in Damijan completing his studies at the Maritime University, so that he could follow a career at sea. Before joining the yachting industry, he was employed as an officer in the commercial navy, traveling all over the world.

Damijan then decided to move into yachting and spent a year in the Baglietto shipyard, as a supervisor of a new construction. He has since gained vast experience onboard both private and charter yachts and aims to use his knowledge and experience, to offer the guests onboard M/Y BEATRIX, a pleasant and enjoyable voyage. In his free time, Damijan demonstrates his love of sports by playing tennis, scuba diving and skiing.

Monica is a highly experienced and versatile Chef from Rome, Italy, bringing over 35 years of culinary expertise, including 15 years in the yachting industry. Deeply rooted in Mediterranean culinary traditions, he delivers refined, fresh, and health-conscious cuisine tailored to diverse guest preferences and dietary requirements.
Renowned for her creativity and precision, she specializes in authentic Mediterranean dishes, combining seasonal ingredients with modern techniques to produce vibrant, balanced menus. Her background also includes extensive mastery in pastry and desserts, covering everything from classic Italian pastries to contemporary fine-dining creations.
Calm and professional under pressure, she thrives in high-end, fast-paced environments, consistently maintaining exceptional standards of hygiene, presentation, and service. His yachting experience ensures seamless provisioning, adaptability to remote locations, and an intuitive understanding of guest expectations at the luxury level.

Tyron is an ambitious young man from Cape Town, South Africa, he brings a vibrant energy and a enthusiastic work ethic to his role as Deckhand aboard M/Y BEATRIX. Before joining the maritime industry in 2024, Tyron pursued a competitive rugby career—an experience that instilled discipline, teamwork, and resilience. He’s always prepared to lend a hand, and is known for his positive attitude and calm, professional demeanour on board. Outside of yachting, Tyron is passionate about triathlons, golf, and tennis. A proud highlight: completing his first Ironman 70.3 in 2024, a testament to his diligence and determination both on and off the water.

Cristian grew up in a seafaring family, which sparked his love for the ocean from a young age. He studied at the Marine Academy in Constanta, Romania, and has since built a diverse and rewarding career at sea over the past 20 years. In 2009, Cristian entered the yachting industry and has successfully worked on both private and charter yachts across the Mediterranean. His skills and professional attitude have made him a valuable crew member on M/Y BEATRIX. When he’s not on board, Cristian enjoys traveling to interesting places and spending time with his family.

Monika is an accomplished Chief Stewardess with an academic background in languages and Human Resources, complemented by over 20 years of experience in high-end hospitality serving VIP clients. She has successfully managed interior teams on board yachts for several years, consistently delivering a professional, seamless service standard.

A confident and inspiring leader, Monika fosters a positive and efficient team environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail onboard of Beatrix. Her excellent communication skills are enhanced by her fluency in English, Italian, Spanish, and German, allowing her to cater effortlessly to an international clientele. Passionate about personal growth, Monika has a keen interest in health, nutrition, trekking, and self-development. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, photography, and reading.

Tristy is our dedicated and detail-oriented 2nd Stewardess from Durban, South Africa, with a strong background in hospitality, bar service, property management, and event planning. She brings a well-rounded skill set to onboard service, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.

Passionate about cooking and baking, she developed her culinary skills during her years in South Africa, with a particular flair for meat dishes and Asian and fusion cuisine.
