Henry grew up next to the sea in a small town in Yorkshire, in the north of England. From a young age Henry loved being in the sea enjoying water sports, most of all sailing and competed competitively in sailing regattas and competitions around the country. In 2013 after finishing college at 18 years old Henry decided to obtain his Yachtmaster qualification, hoping to turn his passion for boats and the sea into a career. Since then, he has moved up the ranks to Chief Mate, whilst working on several different yachts all over the world.

She is proficient in housekeeping, table service, floristry, and cocktail preparation, and is now eager to bring her professionalism and energy to a dynamic yachting team.

Her background in event hospitality and cocktail curation enhances her guest experience delivery. Energetic, adaptable, and team-focused, Francesca brings a polished, professional approach to every role she takes on board.

Laura has a real passion for travel. She has spent the last 9 years living out of her suitcase and experiencing travel and culture flying around the world as an air hostess. She loves to visit new countries from exploring the Andes in Santiago Chile to visiting the wonders of the world in India and Jordan Petra. Laura has worked in hospitality for the past 10 years and is embarking on her second season on BERCO VOYAGER where she is excited to provide guests a wonderful experience.

Spiros is a seasoned Chief Engineer with over two decades of maritime experience, including more than 10 years aboard some of the industry’s most prestigious yachts. With a Class A’ III/2 engineering licence, he has overseen technical operations on vessels up to 88 metres, including new build projects and high-profile charters. Spiros is known for his hands-on expertise in complex mechanical systems, proactive maintenance routines, and strict compliance with safety standards. Fluent in Greek, English, and Italian, and currently based in Sanremo, he brings a meticulous, solutionsdriven approach to every engineering challenge at sea.

Dean was born and brought up in New- Zealand’s North Island to a farming family. A typical Kiwi, he grew up with an enthusiasm for all things outdoors and sporting. Dean spent his youth windsurfing and sailing the rugged West Coast during the summers. Winters were spent on the mountain side skiing and snowboarding. As part of his travel experience, Dean joined the yachting industry in 1998 and started driving boats as Captain in 2000. He has been in command of several different yachts and has a long successful history as a charter Captain. He has a vast amount a cruising experience and thoroughly enjoys working with the crew to ensure all who come aboard have a great time.

Lee is an accomplished chef with extensive experience across motor and sailing yachts from 30m to 70m, as well as a solid background in high-end hospitality ashore. With a culinary career rooted in classical training and global influences, Lee excels in delivering healthy, dietary-conscious cuisine, including low-carb, low-salt, sugar- and gluten-free menus. He is equally at home managing busy charter galleys or private vessels, known for his calm, can-do attitude and hands-on leadership style. Sushi trained and fluent in menu planning, Lee brings decades of versatile experience—from helming Michelin-style hotel kitchens to running his own sushi brand and cooking for UHNWIs and VIP guests around the world. Holding full STCW certification, Ship’s Cook equivalency, and an HND in Hotel Catering & Management, Lee is a reliable, adaptable, and collaborative chef ready to elevate any culinary program.
