With a background in electrical and IT systems and time spent assisting on private boats, he’s practical, reliable, and always up for learning something new.

Sergii brings over a decade of engineering experience to the engine room of M/Y BOADICEA, where he keeps operations steady and seamless. He started his maritime career on tankers in 2014 before transitioning to yachting, including time onboard M/Y SIBELLE (67m).

Now based in Germany, this quietly focused Ukrainian engineer is as passionate about precision onboard as he is off - where you’ll find him restoring classic cars, drifting, or riding motorcycles. Calm under pressure and deeply committed to his craft, Sergii takes pride in doing things right and aspires to one day step into the Chief Engineer role.

Affectionately known onboard as Lamby, Lambert is a positive, hands-on deckhand with experience on M/Y ALAIA (42m), M/Y GO (43m), and M/Y MUSTIQUE (55m). He’s been involved in everything from teak work and hull paint prep to tender ops and water toys.

Whether running beach set-ups or helping in the shipyard, he brings energy and attention to detail to every task. With a background in electrical work and all the key deck certifications, Lamby’s known for being reliable, easy to get along with, and always up for lending a hand wherever it’s needed.

Savo brings a seriously stacked toolkit to the AV/IT game, from broadcast tech and satellite comms to cloud networking and Crestron wizardry. With a background spanning M/Y ODESSA II (73m), M/Y UTOPIA IV (63m), and M/Y SALUZI (70m), plus years with Carnival and Royal Caribbean, he’s no stranger to high-tech demands at sea. He’s certified across the board (AMX, Extron, AWS, Network+, and more) and just as comfortable rewiring a rack as troubleshooting a satellite link.

Off-duty, Savo’s all about hiking, photography, languages, and spiking a volleyball or two. A calm, curious mind with a seriously sharp skill set.

Marcel brings solid deck skills, plenty of energy, and a qualified electrician’s brain to the team. He’s worked on M/Y M (47m) and M/Y KUMBA IV (27m), managing everything from teak work and paint prep to tender ops and water toys. He’s also jumped into yard periods and winter projects without hesitation - always keen to get stuck in.

Originally from South Africa’s Garden Route, Marcel lives for the outdoors. Surfing, hiking, fishing... if it’s outside and active, he’s there. He’s reliable, upbeat, and the guy who’ll fix the lights, launch the jet skis, and still stick a backflip off the swim platform.

Anil brings over 20 years of culinary experience to the table, quietly running some of the busiest yacht galleys with confidence, creativity, and a steady hand. Along with M/Y BOADICEA, he’s worked onboard M/Y RADIANT (110m), M/Y ALAIYA (120m), M/Y NEOM (95m), and M/Y INDIAN EMPRESS (95m), creating diverse, multi-national menus tailored to private owners, charter guests, and crew alike.

His repertoire spans French, Italian, Mediterranean, Arabic, Sushi, bakery, and pastry - delivered with thoughtful presentation and bold, balanced flavours. He’s equally comfortable hosting themed beach BBQs as he is plating elegant dinners during guest service, always maintaining high standards regardless of sea state or guest demands.

Provisioning, planning, inventory, and hygiene compliance come second nature to Anil, who’s known for being calm under pressure and great with a team. Off duty, he enjoys travel, watersports, and exploring new flavours - always bringing that passion back to the galley, one dish at a time.

Cooking is not just a profession to Anil - it’s a way of life. “Cooking is not just a job, it's my heartbeat, my therapy, and my art.”

With a background in UHNW estate management and a British Butler Institute qualification under her belt, she knows how to keep service polished and the team running smoothly. She’s big on good energy, creative table setups, and making guests feel at home.

Off duty? She’s probably hiking, training, or planning her next adventure. Niko loves travelling, practicing yoga, and is a big dog lover - her pup Frenki awaits her back home.
