Chef Nuri was born in Mugla and has been living in Bodrum most of his life. After 10 years as a chef in hotels and restaurants, Nuri has been chef on yachts since 2002. He has been chef on Carpe Diem IV (2012-2015) and then on Carpe Diem V (2016-2023), and after a season on Dolce Mare and De Love, he returns on Carpe Diem V for the 2026 season. You will be delighted by his Turkish and Mediterranean cuisine.
