After a standout role as Head Chef of a luxury lodge, a nudge from a friend landed him his first yachting position as Sous Chef on a 74m motor yacht, and he hasn't looked back since. With a deep commitment to premium local and ethical ingredients, Jordan brings exceptional skill and dedication to every dish. Outside of the galley, you'll find him freediving, hiking, or feeding his passion for motorsport and engineering, with family and friends always at the heart of it all.

Born in the south of France into a family where yachting was a way of life, with both her parents and grandparents in the industry, the ocean is truly in Savannah's DNA. Now with over 14 years of experience, she brings warmth, professionalism, and a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences to every charter. Having later made her home in a charming fishing village on the south coast of England, her love for coastal living has only continued to grow. Outside of work, you'll find her diving, rowing, fishing, or unwinding with a great book and a well-made cocktail. Savannah is the kind of Chief Stewardess who makes every charter feel effortlessly special.

A passionate and versatile chef with a background in high-end and Michelin-starred kitchens in New York, Kian has built his culinary reputation on clean, flavour-driven cuisine that combines strong technique with genuine creativity. Whether crafting an elegant tasting menu or tailoring dishes to a guest's specific preferences, his attention to detail and commitment to quality shine through in every plate. As much as Kian is known for his culinary talent, he's equally known for his great sense of humour, bringing a warmth and lightness to the galley that guests and crew alike can't help but love. A truly exceptional chef with plenty of laughs along the way.

A warm and adventurous soul from the south of England, Beth brings a genuine love of travel, culture, and new experiences to life on board. Whether she's hitting the slopes, exploring a hidden local restaurant, or organising a crew hike on a day off, Beth is always up for an adventure and has a natural talent for bringing people together along the way. With a curiosity for discovering new cultures and a passion for the finer things, from exceptional food to a well-chosen vineyard, she has a wonderful ability to seek out the best of wherever she finds herself. Energetic, sociable, and always great company, Beth is the kind of crew member who makes every charter feel that little bit more special.

BETHANY THOMAS

Tom grew up in Stratford-Upon-Avon, one of the UK's furthest towns from the sea. After sailing around the Caribbean with his family, he followed his passion for the water to Plymouth University to study navigation and Maritime Science. After a few years of studying and training with P&O ferries, he jumped onboard super yachts and never looked back. When Tom isn't on CC~Summer, you can find him on the golf course, the rugby pitch, or snowboarding down a mountain in the Alps.

Matthew is from the beautiful Gold Coast in Australia. Growing up embraced by the ocean’s beauty, his life naturally steered toward a maritime career. Matthew treasures moments spent with loved ones, diving into the depths of the sea, hiking through uncharted terrains, and discovering new places. Matthew has over 5 years of experience on a variety of yachts, and he hopes to build a lasting and successful career within the industry.

Sophie is from Wales (the place with more sheep than people). Before her time at sea, she lived and worked in some beautiful places around the world, such as Australia, Ibiza, and the French Alps. Sophie is passionate about service and creating guest experiences, from cocktails to all forms of decor. Her favorite part of yachting is working with a diverse range of people who become like family over time. Her favorite hobby is keeping fit and active, from hiking in the Welsh mountains to taking beach yoga classes in the summer.

SOPHIE MORGAN

Joe, AKA Eddy is a Durham local from the North East of England. Before diving into the yachting industry, he worked on ferries and cargo ships. Eddy has a beautiful little girl who has just arrived, and she is the apple of his eye, although he loves the full night's rest he gets onboard, too. When Eddy is not teeing off on the golf course, you can find him cheering for his favorite soccer team, Newcastle United.

JOE EDDY

Edmar was born on one of the smallest islands in the Philippines, called Bantayan Island. He is a father of 2 sons, EJ and Aries, who are his pride and joy. Before yachting, Edmar worked as a housekeeping attendant in a high-end hotel. Edmar’s journey in the yachting industry began in 2015, and he promises many more years ahead. During his leisure time, he enjoys watching funny videos and watching movies. Edmar also likes to kickstart his mornings off with a run.
