Erna comes from a sales background. Initially starting out as a sales and maintenance manager for villas, Erna decided to change companies after two years and continued her career in different positions within the sales department at two other companies. In 2018 Erna discovered her passion for the sea and began to work first as a stewardess on the 19-meter M/Y ENA 1, before she changed to the 32m charter yacht ADRIATIC ESCAPE. In 2019 Erna got the chance to demonstrate her hospitality talent on M/Y CHAMPION, where she is continually perfecting her practices and skills to deliver premium hospitality services. Erna’s background as a sales manager and her excellent organizational and communication skills are a big asset to ensure that guests can enjoy a stress-free holiday on board. Erna is an ambitious person and a perfectionist when it comes to delivering an outstanding service on board MY CHAMPION.

Growing up in Croatia, Deni discovered his passion for the sea from early in his childhood. From the age of nine Deni started out sailing small optimist class sailing boats and continually expanded his sailing experience on different types of sailing boats, while growing up. Being a successful sailor, Deni participated in many national and international regattas. He won numerous trophies and even reached the 2nd place in the ORC national championship in 2015. In parallel Deni used to work as a sailing instructor for newcomers and obtained practical skills in the yachting business by re positioning and maintaining rental sailing boats for more than five years. Soon after that Deni started as a skipper for a chartering company in Croatia, completing successful charters in the season and doing a good job in re-positioning yachts in the off-season. By repairing small damages on the rental yachts Deni could also demonstrate his technical skills. Over the years Deni's interest in motor yachts grew and grew until he decided to become a full-time skipper on 19-meter M/Y ENA 1, gaining lots of cruising experience on the Adriatic coast, before he changed to MY CHAMPION in 2018. Deni is ambitious to continue his successful series of charters on board M/Y CHAMPION. In fact, guest on board can benefit of his excellent regional knowledge and know-how about all the hidden anchor spots. In his free time Deni's enjoys sailing and spending time on his own sailing boat.
