Originally from the northern Limpopo province of South Africa, Elani grew up just 60 miles from the world-renowned Kruger National Park. Elani entered the yachting industry in 2010 and has since gained extensive experience aboard both private and charter vessels, cruising the US East Coast, Bahamas, Caribbean, and Mediterranean. While she began her career as a stewardess, her desire to be more hands-on with the vessel led her to pursue her Yacht Master Offshore and Chief Officer certifications. With these qualifications, she has fully embraced the deck side of yachting and is now setting her sights on becoming a captain in the future. Elani’s positive attitude, dedication, and strong sense of professionalism make her an invaluable member of the deck crew aboard CONTIGO. Greg brings a distinctive approach to luxury yachting, forged through years of crafting exceptional experiences in demanding environments. His career began managing high-end hospitality projects from Rajasthan's deserts to Borneo's rainforests, developing the adaptability and exacting standards he applies today. For the past decade, Greg has managed operations on yachts up to 74 meters, including M/Y PLVS VLTRA and M/Y ALUNYA. His expertise covers complex itineraries, major refits, and the nuanced balance between operational discipline and guest experience. He maintains rigorous standards while preserving the flexibility to adapt when circumstances require. Greg combines technical expertise with practical problem solving. He develops crews that anticipate needs, implements systems that perform reliably, and knows when careful planning should yield to inspired improvisation. The result is charters that appear effortless precisely because every detail has been considered. His background across both private and commercial operations gives him particular insight into adapting vessels for different service requirements while maintaining uncompromising quality standards.

Katerina was born and raised in a charming coastal village in the Peloponnese, Greece, where her love for the sea began early. Growing up in a family run hospitality business, she developed a natural talent for service and guest care. She later moved to the UK to study Art and Design, a passion she now brings onboard through creative table settings and elegant decor that elevate every guest experience. Even off duty, she is happiest near the water whether discovering hidden beaches or searching for the perfect swim spot. The sea remains her constant calling.

Tashawna is a passionate marine engineer with over 15 years of experience on commercial vessel and super yachts. Tashawna is dedicated to achieving the highest level of safety and comfort for the owner, guests and crew while adhering to international maritime regulations. Tashawna enjoys hiking and exploring on her days off and she also reads a lot. She was born on the beautiful island of Jamaica where she also studied marine engineering and applied sciences. She takes pride in her department and is very accommodating to tours of the engine room.

Hannah was born and raised in South Africa. Prior to her yachting career, she worked abroad in Australia which sparked her love for travel. She completed a 3 year Humanities degree, majoring in Psychology and Sociology. She enjoys hiking, running and spending as much time outdoors when she is not onboard. She has worked onboard privately owned yachts and is excited to be a part of this charter programme as she gets the opportunity to meet new guests and make their time onboard as enjoyable as possible.

With a great eye for detail, Nadia strives to ensure everything is perfect for our guests on CONTIGO. Outside of work, Nadia enjoys hiking, exploring new places and cultures, and dancing. She is enthusiastic about service and aims to have a long and progressive career in this industry while exploring new places and meeting people worldwide.

What started as a deckhand's ambition evolved into a distinguished command career spanning over 15 years and esteemed vessels like the 43m PATIENCE, the 50m BLU 470, and a brand-new San Lorenzo SX30. He is a strategic and hands-on leader, trusted by owners to manage all operational aspects, from multimillion-dollar budgets and major refits to implementing full Safety Management Systems. His proven engineering aptitude ensures seamless compliance with class surveys and Port State Control inspections. Geert's career is marked by significant voyages across the Atlantic, throughout the Mediterranean and Caribbean, and in the remote waters of Southeast Asia. He is known for forming strong, family-like crews and is dedicated to ensuring safe, seamless, and exceptional voyages for all on board. When ashore, this same passion for discovery leads him to explore local cultures through their cuisine, enjoy a round of golf, and satisfy his curiosity in new destinations.

At The St. Regis Singapore, Luca orchestrated banquet service for 120 guests while maintaining impeccable five-star standards. This foundation informs his approach to yacht cuisine, where he adapts luxury dining principles to the sea. His decade in yachting includes provisioning Mediterranean charters, managing galleys aboard 98m MY AVIVA, and consistently delivering exceptional dining experiences despite the unpredictability of life at sea. Luca's career represents a seamless blend of disciplines; the precision of Michelin kitchens combined with the creativity demanded by yacht service. Whether recreating complex tasting menus in rolling seas or adapting banquet techniques for intimate onboard events, his cooking remains rooted in seasonal ingredients and flawless execution.
