About Desamis B
The 40m Custom motor yacht 'Desamis B' was built in 1994 by Benetti., Desamis B offers accommodation for up to 11 guests in 5 suites comprising 1 owner cabin, 2 double cabins, 2 twin cabins, 1 one of them with a pullman. She is also capable of carrying up to 8 crew members onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
Designed by the sought after designer Terence Disdale DESAMIS B’s interior was designed with style and elegance, with lightly colored fabrics, warm tones of high gloss oak wood paneling and fine marble throughout.
She offers 2 great indoor lounge areas: the salon in the main deck just in front is the formal dining room. Located above the salon is the sky lounge with a bar. She has also plenty of external deck space. The lower aft deck is shaded and offers comfortable outdoor seating, above the aft deck and adjacent to the sky lounge is the upper aft deck complete with an alfresco dining table, while the top deck has a Spa Pool, huge sunpads and relaxing cocktail area.
The chef is fantastic very nice Mediterranean and Asian food, he is also specialized for gluten free menus.
Desamis B after the last refit in 2014 is in perfect condition (new Naiad stabilizers zero speed) new moquet and parquet , new exterior cushons , new guests bathrooms floor, she is a clasical "navetta" but totally new.
Hull painted 2017.The steel hull keeps the yacht fresh and soft navigation.
2018/2019 Works done:
Renewal 5 Year class Bureau Veritas (all tanks, bilges and machinery space repainted)
All safety and machinery equipment checked and inspected.
Part of hull and all superstructure repainted
All three decks (sundeck, upperdeck and main deck) refited (sanded)
New carpet in main saloon and gest cabins.
Floor re-varnished in upper saloon and guests hallway
New wooden floor in all guest bathrooms
New sundeck and stern main deck pillows.
2019/2020
Re-painted the upper deck hull and did annual maintenance of all security equipment.

The high season is considered from June 20th till September 10th. For event charters high season rate will be applicable.

Vice has been graduated from the Croatian Naval Academy. Before joining Desamis B´s team he was a chief engineer on M/Y Soraya. He joined M/Y Desamis in 2014 after spending years working on commercial tanker vessels.

Dasen has very long experience on yachts. Before joining Desamis B he has been working on M/Y South Paw , M/Y Sprit of Argentina with captain Cvetko Babajko. He joined M/Y Desamis in 2012. He is well expirienced seaman with more than 20 years spent onboard yachts.

After finishing Nautical high school in Croatia in 2008, his seamen career started as deck cadet onboard commercial tanker vessel with Teekay shiping. After that, he has started his yachting career in 2012 onboard M/Y Desamis B with captain Cvetko and since then he has always been there. Onboard Desamis, in 14 years he has progressed his career from deckhand to Captain.
Ante is a serious yet warmhearted captain with extensive knowledge of the entire Mediterranean. Even though he is not yet 40, he possesses incredible experience and has a gentle way of earning the esteem and respect of his crew. His demeanor is calm, and he always strives to fulfill the guests' wishes

She is remarkably effective at looking after the interiors. She always has a lovely smile and is very kind and cooperative

Zdravko grew up on the Island of Croatia with beautiful turquoise waters. He has more than 10 years of experience on charter and private yachts. His hobbies are fishing and working in the olive garden. With guests he is always smiling and ready to help in any way.
After several years on board the Southpaw C until winter 2023 and thanks to his excellent organizational skills, Zdravko was hired on the Desamis B.

Gabriel joined M/Y Desamis in 2024 and this is going to be his second season onboard yacht. Before he was working in few restaurants in Zadar, Croatia. He is most comfortable in mediterranean (italian, french) cuisine, but willing to do anything else.Gabriel loves to cook with the freshest Mediterranean ingredients. Onboard, you can always sense the aroma of summer and the true flavors of ingredients like Italian basil. He readily adapts to different needs and loves to surprise his guests. His decorations are delicate, elegant, and understated.He is also calm and always has a smile.

Branka is an exceptionally hard-working team player with over eleven years of experience spanning both cruise ship operations and private luxury yachts. This extensive background has equipped her with a fast learning curve and a keen eye for detail, allowing her to work efficiently even under pressure.
Branka is an amiable and collaborative individual who contributes significantly to the crew's positive atmosphere. She is also highly active and her primary focus is maintaining the yacht's pristine condition. Her meticulous care is centered on cleaning and polishing to the finest detail, ensuring the vessel is immaculate at all times.
Beyond her professional diligence, Branka possesses a wonderfully caring and comforting presence. She is particularly adept at welcoming families and is a reassuring and helpful resource when children or babies are aboard, showing the entire team’s commitment to passenger welfare.
