He has followed the construction of a 45m motor yacht and worked on 35m Wizard.
Riccardo is very affectionate to M/Y DIONEA, knows all her mechanical secrets and has a pleasant personality.

Always smiling with a positive attitude, Captain Adriano is attentive to all details onboard, knows how to welcome his charter guests, anticipate on their expectations and make things happen.
He has an extensive knowledge of the Southern Mediterranean and will customize itineraries according to his charter guests.
A great team leader who passes on his enthusiasm, shares his experience, is loved and respected by his crew and is proud of being the captain of DIONEA.

Franco was born in Costa Rica in 1973 and holds dual nationally : Italian & Costa Rican.
He is married and a happy father with three young sons
He studied at Scuola Alberghiera di Lavagna (Professional Culinary School of Lavagna Italy) under the guidance of 1st Italian Cordon Rouge Chef Paolo Picaso (the private Italian Chef of the Princes of Piemonte).
Franco continued his studies and obtained a Pastry Chef Diploma.
Before joining the yachting industry, Franco has worked in the private estate of one of the most important Italian families and in the famous Italian Michelin Starred Restaurant CA’PEO that was chosen to service the Genoa G8.
Franco has done 4 seasons on board popular charter yacht M/Y SALEE and has a long experience of static charter being able to organize buffets for up to 30 guests.
Buffet presentation or plated service for VIP dinners are no secret to him.
Franco can also cater for special diets.
Franco is a talented and generous Chef who specializes in Mediterranean and Italian cuisine.

Gede studied at Bali STB International School and got his F&B diploma before embarking on cruise ships as Steward and Wine Cellar Manager prior to joining the yachting industry where he acted as Chief Steward for different seasons on 45 m M/Y PROMETEJ and on 60m TITAN.
Gede is more than a fully-fledged Chief Steward
His attention to details is second to none and he is a great interior team manager.
Most importantly with his pleasant and peaceful smile Gede understands and anticipate on each and all guests’ needs.
