Lauren is from Surrey in the UK, located just outside of London. She has lived in the city all her life but the standard 9-5 job has never been a long term option for her. Before yachting she worked in events for 4 years before covid changed her day to day job. So during this period she decided to take the step to pursue yachting combining her love for travel and meeting new people. Since stepping into yachting in 2022 she has been lucky enough to cruise the Med, Caribbean, U.S, Middle East and Africa. She is a creative person who has a passion for health and wellness, fashion and design. During her down time Lauren enjoys being outdoors and active. She has a love for discovering new activities and places. Lauren brings a calm, creative energy to the team. She strives to make every guest’s experience unique and fulfilling.

Born and raised by the sea in Lisbon, Portugal, Mariana is deeply passionate about the ocean and hospitality. She began her career as a flight attendant, spending five years delivering exceptional guest service and maintaining high safety standards. Three years ago, she transitioned into the yachting industry, working as a solo chef and stewardess onboard yachts cruising the Mediterranean and the Caribbean. Mariana’s culinary skills are supported by formal training at a Portuguese culinary school and the Ashburton Cookery School, along with valuable experience in a Michelin-starred restaurant in Lisbon.

Born in Johannesburg but raised mostly in coastal towns, he developed a deep passion for the ocean and travel early on. His love for sailing began in San Diego when his dad took him out sailing for the first time - and he was instantly hooked. Later, he pursued studies in Boat and Yacht Building in Cape Town, but found the experience lacked the adventure he craved. A year later, in 2016, he discovered his true calling in the yachting industry and joined his first yacht. In his free time enjoys hiking, catching waves, flying his drone and fixing up his Airbnb. He is excited to bring his knowledge and skills to the Entourage program and give his all to provide the best experience for our guests.

Hailing from Durban, South Africa, Spence's formative years were filled with competitive sports. After graduating with a management degree, he moved to the UK to play a season of professional cricket. But the call of adventure was strong! Spence spent the next 3 years managing language centres in Hanoi, Vietnam, where he soaked up the vibrant culture. Never one to shy away from a challenge, he then embarked on a 6-month sailing adventure through Indonesia with friends. This experience ignited his passion for the sea, leading him to a rewarding career in yachting. When he's not ensuring your comfort and safety on deck, Spence enjoys swinging a club on the golf course or hunting down a quiet wave in Ballito.

Originally from South Africa, Pierre completed his undergraduate studies in mechanical engineering before deciding to combine his engineering knowledge and understanding with the practical problem-solving aspects of marine engineering. With a sports-oriented upbringing, Pierre leads an active lifestyle, enjoying trail running, mountain biking, surfing, water polo, and also embracing the more relaxed and cultural pursuits of playing guitar, reading, and writing. When he’s not living the dynamic yachting lifestyle, Pierre treasures spending quality time with his family and close friends in his native Africa. Born and raised in Cape Town, South Africa, Lloyd developed a love for the water from a young age, spending family holidays on lakes wakeboarding, waterskiing, and boating. While studying Mechanical Engineering, he worked in high-end restaurants, where he gained valuable experience in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
In 2018, Lloyd found the perfect way to combine his technical background and passion for the ocean by entering the yachting industry. Since then, he has established himself as a dependable, hardworking crew member known for his positive attitude and strong work ethic.
A true team player and the ultimate “yes man,” Lloyd is always ready to step in and get the job done. In his free time, he leads an active lifestyle—whether it's training in the gym, playing padel, or enjoying a round of golf.

Stiaan is a South African with a strong background in sports and fitness. His athletic journey began with more than a decade of gymnastics before moving into semi-professional rugby, where he developed teamwork, discipline, and endurance.
Now working as a deckhand, he combines his love for travel and water sports with his passion for creating meaningful guest experiences. As a certified personal trainer, he enjoys sharing his fitness expertise to help guests stay active and feel their best while on board. Bringing a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and genuine enthusiasm to every task, Stiaan is dedicated to ensuring guests have an enjoyable and unforgettable experience on the water.

Kai grew up in Manchester England. Through his father competing at a high level in wakeboarding, he developed a love for being around the water. Kai has been an active and athletic individual from a young age, representing England in karate on the world circuit. When not working some of Kai’s other passions include skiing, dirt bikes/ mountain biking, wakeboarding, Scuba diving and surfing. Kai looks forward to making your trip onboard memorable doing all he can to meet any requirements also using his water sports and hospitality experience to make it a trip you won’t forget.

Typher is a young South African who grew up on fishing boats and sailboats with his family, developing a strong connection to the ocean from a young age. With a strong background in water sports, he has represented the Western Province in surfing and lifesaving. Being an ocean-driven person and having been around boats his whole life, Typher was naturally drawn to the yachting industry and now works as a deckhand, bringing a relaxed and guest-focused attitude to life onboard. Typher brings reliability and a positive attitude to the deck team, his goal is to make every trip feel easy, fun and memorable for guests and crew alike.

James Boyes is from Western Cape, South Africa, where his deep love for the ocean has been a constant throughout his life. Growing up surrounded by the sea, James developed a passion for surfing and fishing that has stayed with him ever since. He was actively involved in water sports during his school years, excelling in both water polo and surfing. After completing his studies in civil engineering, James continues to pursue his passion for the ocean while bringing a thoughtful, practical approach to every endeavour. Whether it’s catching waves or exploring the waters, James is dedicated to sharing his enthusiasm and expertise with others.
