Luis is a highly experienced and dedicated yacht captain with over 12 years in the yachting
industry. Having progressed from Deckhand to Captain through hard work and commitment, he has developed extensive knowledge of yacht operations, navigation, safety management and crew leadership.
His experience covers both private and charter yachts throughout the Mediterranean, including the Balearic Islands, the French Riviera, Corsica, Italy, Greece and Turkey. Throughout his career he has demonstrated excellent seamanship, strong organisational skills and the ability to
manage demanding cruising programes while maintaining the highest standards of safety and guest service.
Luis is recognized for his calm attitude, professionalism and practical approach to problem solving. He enjoys working within multicultural teams and is committed to creating a positive and efficient working environment onboard.

Vanessa is a dedicated and energetic Stewardess with over 4 years of experience in the yachting industry, having worked on both motor and sailing yachts ranging from 28m to 65m. Her
experience includes private, charter, and crossing operations, where she has developed strong service, housekeeping, and guest relations skills. With a background as a personal trainer and business owner, she brings excellent organization, attention to detail, and a proactive work ethic to every role. Vanessa is a positive and hardworking team player who enjoys ftness, healthy
cooking, travel, and life at sea. She speaks Spanish, English, and Italian.

Born in Italy, Stefano’s passion for food was nurtured within his family, learning traditional recipes from his mother and grandmother. He pursued formal studies in Mediterranean and Italian cuisine, honing his skills in Italy. Early in his career, he worked in various restaurants, but at the age of 25, his love for both sailing and food led him to the yachting industry.
Since then, he has worked on several yachts, traveling across the Mediterranean, Caribbean, South Africa, and Australia. These diverse culinary experiences have deepened his appreciation for different flavors, which he now blends into his unique cooking style.
