Born in Santander and introduced to sailing at the age of seven, Simón has extensive experience in dinghy sailing, regattas, and coastal cruising, making him confident and capable on deck in any situation.
With over a decade as an entrepreneur in the luxury textile sector, Simón has developed exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills, leading teams and providing high-end customer service across Europe.
Fluent in Spanish, English, and Italian, Simón easily connects with guests and crew from different cultures. His combination of seamanship, attention to detail, and natural people skills helps create a smooth, safe, and enjoyable onboard experience for every guest.

Born in Italy, Stefano’s passion for food was nurtured within his family, learning traditional recipes from his mother and grandmother. He pursued formal studies in Mediterranean and Italian cuisine, honing his skills in Italy. Early in his career, he worked in various restaurants, but at the age of 25, his love for both sailing and food led him to the yachting industry.
Since then, he has worked on several yachts, traveling across the Mediterranean, Caribbean, South Africa, and Australia. These diverse culinary experiences have deepened his appreciation for different flavors, which he now blends into his unique cooking style.
