Marta was born in Poland but grew up under the sun of Tenerife, in the beautiful Canary Islands. She spent her childhood on the beach, surfing with friends and family—where her deep love for the ocean first began.
Her nautical journey started around ten years ago in Tenerife, taking advantage of the island’s rich marine biodiversity while working on whale-watching charters. From there, she embraced the sailing lifestyle, beginning as a deckhand and quickly rising through the ranks to become a skipper.
Always chasing new adventures, you’ll often find Marta catching waves, sharing laughs, or enjoying a good BBQ surrounded by her loved ones.

Lorena Sedeillan was born and raised in Argentina and has been living in Spain for the past two years, spending most of her time in Ibiza — a place that has opened the door to new challenges and adventures.
There, she discovered a new passion: working at sea as part of a crew, delivering high-quality service to passengers while ensuring their safety and peace of mind.
Back in Argentina, she trained as a cabin crew member, and in Ibiza, she found the opportunity to bring that knowledge to the maritime world. She is committed to professional growth, takes pride in what she does, and is always looking to learn and improve.

Sasha was born in the sunny city of Alicante, Spain. From a young age, he was already sailing the waters of the Mediterranean in his small dinghy. Living in different countries allowed him to develop an open mind and become fluent in several languages.
His passion for the ocean has been a constant throughout his life. He spent many years as a diver before transitioning to the role of Skipper, and eventually, Captain. These years of experience at sea have shaped him into the dedicated and skilled professional he is today.

With an Argentinian flair, he brings together the excellence of Argentine meats and the vibrant freshness of Mediterranean cuisine to create dishes that are both comforting and unforgettable. Each meal on board becomes a unique experience, crafted with care, creativity, and bold flavours that reflect his multicultural background.
Beyond the kitchen, Mauro also supports the crew as a skilled deckhand, assisting with vessel operations, deck maintenance, and docking procedures. His experience in maritime operations ensures everything runs smoothly, while his warm personality helps create a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere for guests.
For Mauro, making guests feel at home is always the priority — whether through an exceptional meal or a seamless sailing experience.
