With extensive experience managing the galley independently, Aline is highly skilled in provisioning, menu planning, special diets, and delivering refined cuisine for owners, guests, and crew alike. Her versatility, professionalism, and attention to detail ensure a seamless dining experience, whether on long-term private programs or busy charter schedules.

Fluent in five languages and passionate about travel and gastronomy, Aline draws inspiration from different cultures to continuously evolve her cuisine. Carole is a highly experienced Chief Stewardess with more than a decade in the yachting industry, working on both private and charter yachts. With extensive expertise in fine dining service, housekeeping, provisioning, inventory management and crew training, Carole is a proactive and detail-oriented professional who leads by example. Her positive attitude, adaptability and commitment to excellence ensure a seamless and memorable experience for both owners and guests.

Olivier is born in Cannes in 1971 and spent his entire life in French Riviera. A place where is a lot of festivities that allowed him to get to know the exclusivity of this region with intense events as music awards, international meetings, film festival and etc.

At the very young age he found a real passion for the sea, fishing, spearfishing, water sports like wake boarding and jet skiing.

Olivier got his first Deckhand job on yachts at the age of 23 on worked on various range of vessels from 43m to 60m. Very enthusiastic and eager, he passed his officer and captain licenses in a short time and got to perfection his skills in mechanical and technical aspects of the boats.

He joined Euphoria II in May 2023 and since then he enjoys being the captain of this pleasant yacht and his closely-knit crew.

His experience includes commanding charter yachts, managing chase boat operations, passage planning, navigation, guest activities, watersports, and shipyard projects. Mickael is a highly experienced Chief Engineer with over 27 years in the yachting industry, bringing extensive technical expertise across private and charter yachts up to 63m. Holding an unlimited Chief Engineer licence from the French Merchant Navy, he is recognised for his meticulous approach, strong troubleshooting abilities, and commitment to maintaining the highest engineering and safety standards onboard.

Throughout his career, Mickael has successfully managed major refits, class surveys, and shipyard periods while overseeing all aspects of engine room operations, including diesel engines, electrical and electronic systems, hydraulics, refrigeration, HVAC, wastewater treatment, and AV/IT systems. His hands-on approach, preventative maintenance philosophy, and ability to coordinate contractors ensure the smooth and reliable operation of every vessel.

Professional, loyal, and highly organised, Mickael takes pride in maintaining a clean, efficient engine room and building strong working relationships with both crew and contractors. His extensive experience and calm, solution-oriented mindset make him a valuable asset to any engineering team.

Jemma is a motivated and enthusiastic Stewardess / Deck-Stew with a strong hospitality background and a genuine passion for the yachting industry. With over five years of experience in customer service, events, hospitality and mixology, she brings a positive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills and a keen eye for detail to every role.

Adaptable and hardworking, she is equally comfortable supporting interior operations, guest service and deck duties. Known for her professionalism, strong work ethic and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, Jemma is a team-oriented crew member committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences while continuously developing her skills within the industry.

Cody is a motivated and professional Captain/Deckhand with a commercially endorsed Master of Yachts 200T and strong experience operating chase boats, tenders, and motor yachts. With a background as a qualified Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Mechanic, Cody brings valuable technical knowledge alongside extensive experience in vessel maintenance, docking, anchoring, tender operations, water toys, and exterior detailing. His previous roles as a commercial skipper have also developed his confidence in guest interaction, safety management, and leading deck operations in fast-paced environments.

Marnus is a motivated and hardworking Deckhand with experience on both private and charter yachts, ranging from 19m to 50m.
