Alexis was born and raised in the North of France. He spent his childhood windsurfing at an international level, until he became a professional trainer himself. For 10 years he managed a sailing and windsurfing club while he taught sailing to kids and adults. For 5 years he owns a sailing catamaran in Phuket, Thailand, where he set up his own charter company. He has also crossed oceans and worked as Captain and First Mate on several M/Y and S/Y. What he loves about his job, beside the boats themselves, is to make people's holiday an amazing experience.

Luke is a motivated South African deckhand with a strong background in watersports, fishing, and mechanical work. A keen surfer and active outdoorsman, he brings energy, precision, and a hands-on approach to every task. Now in his second season in yachting, he holds a Yacht Rating Certificate, AEC 1, and Day Skipper License with surf launch endorsement. Adaptable and eager to grow, Luke is a reliable team player with a strong work ethic and a passion for life at sea.

Sarah is a highly accomplished private chef with a strong foundation in Michelin-starred restaurants and luxury hospitality. With over 15 years of experience, she offers a refined culinary style blending Mediterranean, Italian and Asian influences, while excelling in vegan, gluten-free, and lactose-free cuisine. Also trained in fine pastry, she tailors her menus to meet the most specific dietary needs of guests.
Her gastronomic background includes working alongside renowned chefs at L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon (2★ Michelin), Le Violon d’Ingres (1★ Michelin), and Le Café Constant in Paris, as well as the Brasserie Béchu and Hôtel Thoumieux. This prestigious training guarantees impeccable technique, elegant presentation, and a deep understanding of culinary excellence.
In 2024, she was awarded a Gault & Millau rating of 11.5/20 and one Toque as Head Chef at Le Toi du Monde in Flumet.
Organized, autonomous and discreet, Sarah is equally comfortable on charter yachts, in private villas or fine dining restaurants.

Julien is a highly experienced and motivated Chief Engineer with a solid background in the offshore oil and gas industry. Since 2003, he has worked his way up through various engineering positions across a wide range of vessels, including supply, tug, IMR, anti-pollution, and crew boats. He holds a Chief Engineer Unlimited license and has been serving as Chief Engineer since 2022 on a 90m supply vessel supporting RIG operations.
His engineering experience is complemented by hands-on expertise in ISM compliance, cost optimization, safety procedures, client satisfaction, and team management. Julien is known for his ability to adapt quickly to new challenges and vessel types, and he is eager to bring this mindset and strong technical knowledge into the yachting sector.
Described as serious, hardworking, and open-minded, Julien values collaboration and continuous learning. He is ready to join a new team where he can contribute his extensive engineering experience while maintaining the highest standards of safety and performance.

Louis is an energetic, versatile, and guest-focused deckhand, currently part of the crew on Euphoria II. With British and French nationality, he is fluent in both English and French, and also speaks some Mandarin, Spanish, and German — making him an asset for international charters. Louis brings solid experience on yachts up to 49 meters, assisting with tender driving, docking, anchoring, and all exterior maintenance to ensure the yacht is always presented in pristine condition. Passionate about delivering outstanding service, he is friendly, approachable, and attentive to guest needs.
In his free time, Louis enjoys surfing, diving, kayaking, photography, videography, weightlifting, and playing music (guitar, piano, drums). His enthusiasm and wide-ranging hobbies help create a fun and engaging atmosphere for guests on board.

Jessica is a motivated and personable junior stewardess who joined the yachting industry after gaining valuable experience in customer-facing and hospitality roles. Growing up around the sea in a family of fishermen, she has always felt at home on the water and long aspired to work on yachts.
She is currently onboard a 50m motor yacht and has previously completed daywork on a 49m vessel. Her land-based background includes working in fast-paced environments, where she developed strong communication skills, adaptability, and a solid work ethic.
Jessica is people-oriented, a natural team player, and eager to learn. She thrives in dynamic environments and brings a positive, can-do attitude to every task. Outside of work, she enjoys dancing, singing, photography, music, travelling, and outdoor adventures—passions that reflect her energetic personality and love for connecting with others.

Troy is an energetic and motivated deckhand with a strong work ethic and a hands-on attitude. With experience on yachts ranging from 38m to 55m, including both private and charter operations, he brings solid skills in deck operations, maintenance, and guest interaction.
He has consistently proven to be a dependable crew member, actively involved in docking procedures, anchor watch, tender driving, guest entertainment, and navigation watch. For the upcoming season, Troy will also take on the responsibility of captain of the chase boat, where his confidence, precision, and strong sense of safety will be key assets.
Passionate about the outdoors, Troy enjoys motorsports, freediving, hiking, fitness, and travel—interests that reflect his energetic nature and his love for teamwork and adventure.

Olivier is born in Cannes in 1971 and spent his entire life in French Riviera. A place where is a lot of festivities that allowed him to get to know the exclusivity of this region with intense events as music awards, international meetings, film festival and etc.
At the very young age he found a real passion for the sea, fishing, spearfishing, water sports like wake boarding and jet skiing.
Olivier got his first Deckhand job on yachts at the age of 23 on worked on various range of vessels from 43m to 60m. Very enthusiastic and eager, he passed his officer and captain licenses in a short time and got to perfection his skills in mechanical and technical aspects of the boats.
He joined Euphoria II in May 2023 and since then he enjoys being the captain of this pleasant yacht and his closely-knit crew.
