With over 40 years of experience at sea, Stéphane Hervé is a highly accomplished captain whose career spans luxury yachting, offshore racing, yacht deliveries, charter operations, and technical management. Having commanded both sailing and motor yachts up to 37 metres, he combines exceptional seamanship with extensive mechanical expertise, making him a trusted leader in even the most demanding environments.
Over the course of his career, Stéphane has managed successful charter operations throughout the Mediterranean, including France, Italy, Croatia, Montenegro, Albania, Greece, Turkey, and Spain. More recently, he has captained several flagship Sunreef catamarans, including One Planet, Marie-Joseph, and now Felicita. His unique background as a former ocean racing skipper and technical director for legendary projects led by Yves Parlier gives him a rare understanding of performance sailing, safety, logistics, and vessel management.

With an exceptional background spanning more than two decades in professional yachting, offshore sailing, and maritime operations, Laurence Raynaud brings a rare combination of navigational expertise, operational management, and guest service excellence. As First Mate aboard Felicita, she plays a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the yacht, overseeing navigation, safety procedures, technical follow-up, and daily onboard operations.
Laurence has spent over 15 years working alongside the same ownership group aboard both motor and sailing yachts, developing extensive experience in charter management throughout the Mediterranean, including France, Italy, Croatia, Montenegro, Albania, Greece, Turkey, and Spain. More recently, she served aboard One Planet before joining Felicita, gaining valuable transatlantic and Caribbean cruising experience on Sunreef catamarans.
Beyond her maritime career, Laurence also built a strong professional background in project management, logistics, communications, and event organisation within the world of competitive sailing, notably alongside renowned French sailor Yves Parlier. Highly organised, discreet, and attentive to detail, she is known for her calm leadership style, strong interpersonal skills, and dedication to delivering a seamless charter experience for both guests and crew.

Having spent seven seasons as a private chef aboard luxury yachts and villas throughout the Mediterranean, he has developed an exceptional ability to deliver bespoke gastronomic experiences tailored to the expectations of high-profile guests, celebrities, and discerning charter clientele.
As the founder and owner of a successful restaurant in Hossegor, Pierre refined his culinary identity around fresh seasonal ingredients, modern gastronomy, and creative international influences. His cuisine blends refined Mediterranean flavours with contemporary techniques, offering elegant yet approachable menus that adapt seamlessly to guests' preferences, dietary requirements, and cultural backgrounds.
Known for his calm demeanor, strong work ethic, and meticulous attention to detail, Pierre excels in the unique environment of luxury yachts, where organisation, flexibility, and discretion are essential. Laetitia Dugay is a versatile and hardworking crew member whose experience spans luxury sailing yachts, motor yachts, transatlantic passages, and hospitality. With a strong background as stewardess, deckhand, and cook, she brings valuable flexibility to life on board, allowing her to seamlessly support both interior and exterior operations while maintaining high service standards.
Having spent several seasons aboard luxury charter yachts in the Mediterranean, including a 20-metre catamaran operating with up to 10 guests, Laetitia has developed extensive experience in guest service, housekeeping, provisioning, meal preparation, deck operations, and watchkeeping. Her hands-on approach, positive attitude, and ability to adapt quickly make her a reliable and appreciated member of any crew.
Known for her warm personality and genuine dedication to guest satisfaction, Laetitia thrives in close-knit charter environments where attention to detail and teamwork are essential.
