Romain’s love for the ocean began at a young age when he lived on a sailboat with his father, learning the art of sailing. After leaving school, it was no surprise that he pursued a career with boats, initially working in a technical capacity, where he built in-depth knowledge of yacht maintenance and construction. This passion for mechanics has stayed with him, and in his spare time, he enjoys tinkering with classic cars and machinery and creating models.
Romain worked on board in the engineering room for four years before his natural leadership potential led him to the bridge. He attained his Yacht Master 500 Unlimited certification in 2008 and has captained both private and charter yachts for over 20 years.
Outside of yachting, Romain founded his own navigation and advisory company and has experience managing luxury hunting and tourism properties. With extensive experience sailing in the Atlantic Channel and the Mediterranean, he knows where to find the best anchorages and out of the way spots.
Romain has been with FITLINE from conception and through her construction and knows every inch of this yacht. A family man, who enjoys spending time with his two kids, and you will find him calm, positive, and welcoming. He can’t wait to welcome you on board.

Jennifer Forestier fulfils a dual role of a Deckhand and a Chief Stew onboard M/Y FITLINE. This is Jennifer's second season onboard, and you will find her capable and extremely hard-working. With a broad range of experience, she is versatile and driven to deliver excellent service. With 11 years of experience working as both a children's entertainer and in hospitality, she is bubbly and approachable. She has a great sense of adventure and, in her spare time, enjoys exploring, climbing, and hiking.
In 2020, she decided to travel and went to Australia, working there as a quad bike tour guide and even spending a summer as a fisherman in Australia’s challenging waters. Jennifer holds her Advanced Open Water certification and Level 2 FFESM in Scuba Diving.
Upon returning to France, she worked as a diving assistant. This led to her first position as a deckhand in Saint-Tropez, where she attained her deckhand certification. Jennifer is known for her strong work ethic, team spirit, and quick learning ability. She is always enthusiastic about new challenges and has a natural ability to adapt to different situations. She is delighted to be part of the FITLINE team and looks forward to going the extra mile to ensure your trip is memorable.
