Zdravko is a trained maritime professional from Split, Croatia, with nautical school education and a wide range of maritime certificates. He has strong experience in deck operations, safety procedures, navigation support, and daily vessel routines. On board Freedom, he supports the Captain with navigation, mooring, deck organisation, safety procedures, and daily yacht operations. His reliable attitude and mechanical knowledge help ensure smooth and safe operations on board.

Ivan grew up on family boats and developed a strong connection with the sea from an early age. He began his maritime career as a deckhand and, through dedication and experience, progressed to the role of Captain. He is also the creator of the unique superyacht Freedom. As Captain, Ivan is responsible for safe navigation, crew leadership, and the smooth daily operation of the yacht. His experience, technical knowledge, and passion for yachting help ensure guests enjoy a safe, relaxed, and memorable journey.

Petar has more than 15 years of experience in hospitality, including premium hotels, restaurants, cruise lines, and fine dining service. His background includes restaurant management, sommelier work, mixology, and guest focused service in international environments. As Chief Steward, Petar oversees guest service, meal and beverage service, and the daily organisation of the interior team. His strong hospitality background, wine knowledge, and attention to detail help create a professional and comfortable onboard experience on Freedom.

Nikola has built his culinary experience through several restaurant roles in Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. Starting as an assistant cook and progressing through chef, sous chef, and head chef positions, he has developed strong skills in kitchen organisation, food preparation, and maintaining consistent quality. As Chef, Nikola is responsible for preparing fresh, well balanced, and carefully presented meals for guests on board. His experience in different kitchen environments helps him adapt menus, organise daily preparation, and deliver an enjoyable dining experience.

As Chef, Marko creates fresh, flavourful, and beautifully presented dishes for guests on board. His experience with modern cuisine, private dining, and premium hospitality allows him to adapt meals to guest preferences and maintain a high culinary standard.

As Stewardess, Lucija assists with guest service, cabin preparation, interior cleaning, laundry, and daily onboard organisation. Her responsible approach and attention to detail help maintain a comfortable atmosphere on board.
