Born and raised in Montana, Brock has been cooking professionally since the age of 15. After working in some of the most highly awarded and recognizable restaurants on the West Coast he has transitioned to the yachting industry full time. Brock is incredibly dedicated to seasonal cuisine executed with purpose. He hopes to one day operate his own fine dining charter sailboat in the US Virgin Islands. Outside of the kitchen Brock enjoys paddleboarding and plays a few musical instruments, from the guitar to tuba.

Lauren grew up in Blue Point, a small town on the south shore of Long Island. She grew up boating, sailing and being at the beach every summer. Volleyball has always been a huge part of her life and she was given the opportunity to advance her athletic and academic career at Stonehill College in Massachusetts. After graduating college with a degree in criminology, she worked at a vineyard on the east end of Long Island serving and learning about wine. She moved to Florida to enter the yachting industry and after only a handful of months she learned both roles of deck maintenance and interior knowledge. Yachting combines her passion for boating, traveling and meeting new people.
