Jim has lived at sea for most of his life growing up on a classic yacht in the Caribbean. After completing an apprenticeship in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, Jim set up his own refrigeration business based on the island of Grenada. A few years later, Jim’s thirst for travel led him to his first full time position on 1948 classic yacht AGNETA on which he cruised around the Caribbean, up to the East Coast of the USA to Maine. Soon after this adventure, Jim joined GENEVIEVE as sole engineer. He is hugely excited to be a part of the team and always looks forward to welcoming guests onboard. In his time off the boat, Jim enjoys surfing and fishing and is an avid kiteboarder.

Hannah grew up in the countryside of North Hampshire, England, where family holidays often revolved around skiing trips and sailing adventures across Europe. It was during these early dinghy sailing experiences that her curiosity for the sea first took root.
After earning a degree in Fashion Communication from Nottingham Trent University, Hannah pursued a series of seasonal roles that reflected her love of the outdoors — from surfing in Newquay and skiing in Val d’Isère, to a sailing season in Greece. Her adventurous spirit later took her to Japan, where she worked as a ski instructor, following a stint in London’s fast-paced hospitality and events scene.
Now combining her enthusiasm, adaptability, and passion for travel, Hannah joins S/Y Genevieve for her first Mediterranean season in the yachting world.

An avid snowboarder, Harry pursued an outdoor lifestyle in the mountains for several years until, hearing friends speak highly of the yachting life, he decided to move to warmer climes and change direction.
After completing a day skipper sailing course, he found work onboard SY JULIET, where he spent 18 months as a deckhand, learning his trade as well as travelling all over the Mediterranean region.
When the opportunity came up to join the prestigious SY GENEVIEVE, a yacht that he had already heard so much about, with a crew that he already knew well, Harry grabbed it with both hands.
He completed his Yachtmaster Offshore and headed to the Caribbean for the winter season 2023. Still onboard and happy, Harry is an excellent addition to the GENEVIEVE team.

Chloe is from Surrey, UK. Growing up, her family were always adventurous on holidays, which sparked her interest in travel from a young age. Chloe spent many years living on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland, where she worked in bars and restaurants and, in her downtime, discovered her love of the ocean — surfing, scuba diving, and sailing. She achieved an RYA Day Skipper qualification before making the leap to work on superyachts. She has since completed a WSET wine course to expand her knowledge and enhance her service. With five seasons under her belt, split between the Mediterranean and the Caribbean, Chloe has honed her skills, learning the ropes from some of the best in the industry. This is her third year in an industry that beautifully combines her passion for the ocean with her natural aptitude for hospitality.

Achieving a Professional Culinary Diploma from the Ashburton School of Cookery transferred Isabelle's passion for food into a profession - creating fresh and vibrant food is what she loves to do most. With a keen interest, and plenty of experience, in hospitality from a young age, Isabelle first worked in catering and event service/management before working briefly at the Michelin starred restaurant Il Buco in Sorrento, Italy. This incredible opportunity allowed her to gain experience of true Italian cuisine - the level of detail and creativity is something that has since inspired her to create in her own menu, further igniting her passion to experiment and push the boundaries of modern day cooking. As well as Italian, Isabelle loves to cook Asian inspired dishes, having attended cookery courses in both Thailand and Vietnam. She also spent three months in South America immersing herself in South American cuisine which she loves. Learning an array of cuisines is something she wants to advance upon; healthy and plant based cooking are key interests of hers. When she's not cooking, Isabelle loves all types of sports - having played netball to a regional standard and leading climbing expeditions. She is also an avid scuba diver, having obtained her Open Water and then Advanced Scuba Diving qualification in 2016. She has done more than 30 dives in various dive sites around the world and can't wait to do more!
