Previous Yachts GHOST III is Franco’s first charter yacht Franco was born and raised in Split in Croatia. Being so close to the sea he decided to study Nautical Studies and started working on speedboats from a young age. He then transitioned into commercial ships and worked his way up to Deck Officer. As he has a strong foundation in seafaring he has completed his OOW unlimited, Chief Officer 3000 and Yacht Master 500 qualifications. Ghost III is his first yacht in the yachting industry. When Franco is not working he enjoys reading, swimming, and exploring new destinations.

Denille was born and raised in Gibraltar. Growing up surrounded by the Mediterranean Sea inspired a passion for travel and a desire to explore the world and its diverse cultures and developed a strong interest in hospitality, which led her to a position as a private Butler for the Royal Family of Saudi Arabia. This valuable experience helped shape my commitment to exceptional service and attention to detail. Shortly thereafter, she entered the yachting industry and have never looked back. Passionate about her profession and dedicated to excellence, Denille takes great pride in creating memorable onboard experiences. Her strong work ethic, professionalism, and meticulous attention to detail ensure that every guest enjoys the highest standard of service throughout their journey.

Darren grew up on the south coast of England in a small seaside town, where his passion for sailing began at an early age. At 18, he qualified as a sailing instructor and spent six years working at holiday resorts, teaching a range of water sports and progressing to the role of the training school manager. Following his career into yachting, Darren has spent the past 15 years in the Mediterranean and Caribbean on yachts ranging from 70 to 165 feet. As a certified dive master, he has a deep passion for the ocean, both above and below surface. Throughout hid career Darren has completed numerous charters and long-distance passages. Whether guests are seeking high-energy watersports or a relaxed week of cruising and fine dining Darren is dedicated to ensuring an exceptional and memorable experience for all onboard.

Kyle was born in Johannesburg, South Africa. His passion to be in the water began at the early age of eight, when he became a professional swimmer representing his country in the youth Olympics and numerous other competitions abroad. After finishing school, Kyle decided to pursue a career as a pilot. His motivation and perseverance brought his pilot license in the pocket within just one year. In 2019, Kyle's career took a big turn as he switched gears and joined the yachting industry. His first boat was a 75m, later spending almost three years on board a 62m yacht. He is now looking forward to welcome and assist guests on board GHOST III.

Leon has always been drawn to the sea, knowing early on that his future would lead him there. He began his career in IT before choosing a more adventurous path in the yachting industry as a deckhand, where he thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. He is a dedicated sports enthusiast, he enjoys boxing, running, strength training in the gym and consistently pushing his limits. His active mindset carries into his work, where he approaches challenges with energy and curiosity.

Javier was born in South of Spain. He is a highly experienced superyacht chef with an extensive career across both Michelin – starred restaurants and luxury yachts worldwide. Trained at the prestigious Culinary Institute of Seville, he has developed a versatile expertise of Mediterranean, French, Italian, Spanish and Asian cuisines. Over the years, Javier has worked on many different size vessels, always delivering exceptional dining experiences for guests. His approach is defined by precision, adaptability and a strong commitment to service excellence. When he is not working, he enjoys travelling and discovering new cultures and cuisines, hiking, scuba diving, cycling and photography.

Chloe grew up on the South West coast of England surrounded by boats and the ocean which naturally guided her towards a career in the yachting industry. Now in her second year at sea, she is eager to continue developing her skills not only in the interior department but also deck. Chloe holds a degree in Interior Architecture and Design and runs a small commissioned painting business, combining creativity with a strong eye for detail. Outside of yachting, she is a passionate traveller with a love for venturing off the beaten path. When she is not on the water, you’ll most likely find her in the mountains or on a tropical island, painting, drawing and doing all forms of art mediums.

Sherizé or Shaz as she is known by the crew, was born and raised on a small farm in Potchefstroom in South Africa. Since the age of 5, Sherizé has raced motocross and enduro competitively. This upbringing instilled in her a strong work ethic and naturally active, energetic lifestyle that she continues to maintain today. Leaving competitive racing and farm life behind she decided to join the yachting industry but took a short break in 2019 to further her studies in International Tourism and Geography. When Sherizé is not working she likes to keep fit, go to the gym, meet new people, watch rugby and support the motocross community.

Karlo grew up on a small island in Croatia, therefore he is very connected to the sea life. He started sailing from the age of five in small dinghies and his passion for sailing is still something that connects him with the sea very closely. Karlo started his marine career at the age of 22 after graduating from Maritime University as a marine engineer. He was working on cargo and offshore ships where he gained his chief engineer unlimited license. He transferred to yachts working as chief engineer both on sailing and motor superyachts in 2018. Maintaining, managing and supervising yachts are part of his daily job. His experience in maintenance, supervising and technical management are key to keep your cruising experience on the safest level ensuring you have a pleasant stay on board.

Vinko grew up on the small island of Lošinj, Croatia, where a life close to the sea naturally led him to study marine engineering. After completing his studies, he spent over a year working on passenger ships before discovering the world of yachting by chance in 2011—a career path that quickly captured his passion. He began as a solo engineer and has since progressed to the role of chief engineer over the past several years. In his free time, Vinko remains deeply connected to the sea, whether maintaining his small boat, exploring the waters around his island home, or spending quality time with his family.
