Captain Erwan has been on board since June 2023, bringing with him extensive yachting experience since 2004. He is of New Zealand and French origin and speaks excellent English and French, having grown up in Singapore and New Zealand. With 17 years of experience working on superyachts up to 76m in the Northern Hemisphere and the Pacific, Erwan is dedicated to providing the best service on board, maintaining the yacht to the highest standards, and ensuring that owners and guests have a memorable experience. He has excellent organizational skills, the ability to relate to a diverse range of people, and a strong sense of honesty, loyalty, and integrity. Erwan also takes pride in his problem-solving abilities. In his free time, he enjoys various sports and photography.

Pearls is a chef with a strong background in restaurant management who has fallen in love with the elevated, modern style of Australian cuisine, always respecting local produce from both ocean and land. Through her travels and time spent working alongside iconic chefs, she has developed a unique culinary voice, presenting menus with a strong sense of place and a Mediterranean soul. Her passion for honest, flavour-forward, elegant cooking shines through in every dish, complemented by the lightness and precision of Japanese cuisine, her personal favourite.
Growing up, Sam always had a technical mindset and a passion for challenging activities that demanded meticulous attention to detail. After spending 10 years in a customer service role within the private insurance sector, he began craving a new adventure. He wanted something that would combine his love of water sports and thrill-seeking with a hands-on, technical approach. Sam is also the life of the party and will make sure you're thoroughly entertained throughout your time on board GLASAX.
With 12 years of experience in prestigious restaurants across England and Australia, Georgina first brought her hospitality expertise to the maritime world in Sydney, where she quickly fell in love with the yachting industry. Georgina also holds a degree in Fine Art and loves to paint, water is her primary subject, inspired by her deep connection to the ocean and life at sea.
