Chef İlhan is a young and highly motivated culinary professional born in 2002 in Kocaeli.
He began his culinary journey at Bolu Mengen Culinary Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School Then he continued his education at Mutfak Sanatları Akademisi (MSA), where he is currently still pursuing advanced training in professional kitchen operations.
Ilhan has built a strong career path in the culinary industry through early vocational education, continuous hands-on experience, and progressive roles in luxury hotels, resorts, and high-end restaurant kitchens across Türkiye.
Throughout his career, he has gained experience in a wide range of hospitality environments, starting with internship positions at Kırman Belazur in Belek (2018) and Calista Luxury Resort (2019). He then progressed into professional kitchen roles, working as Demi Chef at Pegasus Hotel Antalya in 2020, Commis at Blue Dreams Resort in Bodrum in 2021, and Demi Chef at Doria Hotel in 2022. In 2023, he continued his development as a Commis at Villa Azur, followed by an internship at Casa Cook Life in Istanbul in 2024. In the same year, he worked as Demi Chef de Partie at Novikov in Bodrum, gaining valuable experience in high-end à la carte service.
In 2024–2025, he advanced to the position of Sous Chef at Kavanoz in Istanbul, and later participated as a contestant in MasterChef Türkiye in 2025, further strengthening his ability to perform under pressure and showcase his culinary skills in a competitive environment. As of 2025, he continues his career as Head Chef at Wake N Bake in Acıbadem, Istanbul.

With a strong maritime background and extensive hands-on experience, he is highly capable in maintenance, technical operations, deck work and daily yacht operations.
Ahmet is also experienced in water sports activities and guest support operations, bringing a practical, safety-focused and hardworking approach onboard. Reliable, skilled and team-oriented, he is known as a dedicated seaman with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude in fast-paced yachting environments.

Alev, born in Izmir in 1983, graduated from Nene Hatun Girls' Vocational High School, Department of English Child Development.
She has been working in the tourism industry for over 10 years and has been in the maritime sector for the past 3 years. She has served on various yachts, including the private gulet Way, M/Y Appna, M/Y Paloma Blanca, and
M/Y Le Pacha.
She holds several certifications, including STCW, Security Awareness Certificate, and Personal Survival Techniques at Sea Certificate.
Alev is a disciplined, solution-oriented, friendly, and dedicated team member. Her top priority is providing high-quality service and ensuring guest satisfaction.
