With years of experience managing yacht interiors, organizing events, and leading dynamic stewardess teams, Shani ensures every aspect of onboard hospitality runs seamlessly. Calvin Stawski was born and raised in South Africa. He took an interest into yachting after he finished his Bsc Construction Management degree at University. He has now worked his way up to officer after completely his OOW 3000. His interest include, fishing, golf, and outdoor activities such as hiking and working out. Calvin aspires to be a captain himself one day and continues to strive to further his career in the yachting industry.

Arthur was born and raised in Nassau, Bahamas. He has always been surrounded by the ocean and had a passion for working on boats. Arthur began his career working as a dock master at Atlantis Marina, where he met people from all over the world. He has now been a part of the yachting industry for over 20 years, traveling back and forth between the Caribbean, Bahamas, and America. Arthur joined Grade 1 many years ago and has watched it grow throughout the years he has been on board. He loves gardening and fishing but most of all he loves making sure every person who steps foot on Grade 1, feels welcomed and makes memories they will cherish forever.

Fausto is an experienced maritime professional from Mexico with a degree from the Nautical Merchant School. His career began aboard container ships and expanded across various sectors of the maritime industry, including offshore dynamic positioning vessels, tuna fishing boats, and commercial diving boats. Transitioning into the yacht industry, Fausto has worked as both a deckhand and mate, bringing a strong work ethic, adaptability, and a deep understanding of vessel operations to every role. Beyond his maritime career, Fausto is passionate about baseball, running, and outdoor activities. He loves traveling the world, immersing himself in new cultures, and embracing continuous learning from those around him. His diverse experience and enthusiasm make him an asset to any crew.

Amy is from Nottingham in the UK and was raised in a small town in the countryside. Her travelling diaries began in Spain when she worked as an au pair and since then she has travelled all over Europe and lived in the USA. After traveling and seeing the world, one of her biggest passions is the stars and space, so you may catch her spotting planets or looking for shooting stars out at sea! Her love of stars, being near water, and seeing the world led her to the yachting industry

David was born and raised in Sydney Australia he discovered his love of cooking at the age of 18 years old. He worked his way up through the ranks in Michelin starred restaurants in Australia, France, Japan, and later in NYC. Growing up by the coast David has spent most of his free time in or around the ocean. It was easy transition from restaurants to yachting as David is as passionate about surfing, diving, and snorkeling as he is about cooking. David has been in the yachting industry now for 9 years and has proven himself to be an outstanding chef and crew member. David always goes above and beyond to make sure his guests are satisfied and wowed by his cooking abilities.

Captain Matthew Robinson was born in Nelson, New Zealand, and has been in the yachting industry for over 17 Years. He learned to waterski at the young age of 5 and has always had an interest in water sports and sailing. After completing a Bachelor of Business at Massey University he chose not to follow the family business in accounting and instead set out to begin his nautical career in the South of France. Working up the hierarchy he became a Captain at 28 and has been the master of vessels in Norway, France, Bahrain, Australia, Italy, The Caribbean, and the USA.
In his spare time, Matthew enjoys Surfing, Motorcycles, Scuba Diving, Fishing, Hunting, Golf, Guitars, Red Wine, Books & Property Investment.
