Florentino started out working on fishing boats in the Philippines and then spent several years aboard cargo vessels before getting into yachting. He joined M/Y Grayzone in 2012.
Florentino loves fishing, karaoke, and cooking and speaks English, Spanish, Portuguese, and Tagalog.

Jerry was born in Zadar, Croatia. He is passionate about mechanics, classic cars and blues music. He studied technical machinery + technical drawing at school.
Jerry worked on board cruise ships as head bartender for a number of years, travelling world wide . Afterwards he was offered the position of deckhand on a private yacht. He was soon promoted to bosun and after studying (while he was bosun) he got his Officer and later Master’s Licence. His last position was Chief Officer onboard busy private yacht M.Y.Nina J
Jerry is a friendly person and fun character who is always willing to assist guests.
He speaks: Croatian, Italian and English fluently.
Tomislav (Jerry) Krncevic
First Officer
Jerom comes from a family of sailors in the Philippines and after completing his Maritime Training in 2003, he joined the yachting industry on M/Y New Sunrise. Jerom started working on M/Y Grayzone near the completion of its build in Turkey in 2011 and has been taking care of the vessel and her guests ever since. Jerom speaks English and Tagalog and enjoys karaoke, fishing and boxing.
Growing up in Philippines Jane always had a passion for art, so after graduating, she left the Philippines to study Art and Design in beautiful Croatia. She has managed an Art Gallery in Dubrovnik. After some time Jane embarked in a new direction, joining Motor Yacht Grayzone in the fall of 2013 and ever since Jane has absolutely loved every moment she has spent on board for over 4 years. Jane prides herself in ensuring that along with her crew, magical holidays and memories are created for all on board Grayzone in some of the world`s most incredible destinations.
Jane is a happy person and enjoys fitness, music, dancing and fashion. She speaks English, Croatian and Tagalog.
Biser is a class 1 degree marine engineer with over twenty years of experience serving in various cruise companies. He also has an extensive background as a build engineer with a strong focus on electronic/electro-technical engineering and supervision. Biser joined M/Y Grayzone in May 2015. His priceless experience comes handy especially when something needs repairing. He speaks Bulgarian, English and Russian and enjoys motorsports, football and swimming.

Irena has spent 7 years in the yachting industry rapidly working her way up to the role of Chief Stewardess in 2014. After completing her degree in economics she moved to New York to work in the hospitality industry where she learned to work in a stressful, fast paced environment. She then moved back to Croatia to work in the tourism industry and fell in love with yachting. Her first role was as the sole stewardess on a 35m yacht. She loves yoga, photography & all outdoor sports.
Irena speaks English, Croatian, Italian, and a bit of German and loves to deal with people from around the world. She is a highly motivated, detail-oriented team player and is a welcome addition to the Grayzone crew!
Irena Wagner

Mario has 15 years’ experience as a chef in high class restaurants, cruise ships and yachts, as well as being the Head Chef for a Middle Eastern royal family during one of their trips abroad. Mario has the ability to work creatively with detailed and innovative dishes, incorporating the local ingredients as much as possible. He is highly skilled in Classic Mediterranean, Italian and vegetarian cuisine along with cake design, baking and dessert creations. He joined Grayzone mid season last year, jumping in the deep end, and exceeding guests’ expectations with his cuisine. He continues to delight guests with his amazing menus and cheery disposition onboard Grayzone this year!
Francis was born near a small river, and all his life he has worked in, on, or around water. He started as a swimming instructor, continued as a ship carpenter and finally managed his own diving school in Juan Les Pins for many years. In 2006, Francis decided to join the yachting industry, first with M/Y Speed 2 and continuing on different charter yachts from 23 to 42 meters as First Officer or Captain.
In his spare time he likes sporting activities, with a passion for diving and watersports when not riding his motorbike.
