Kitija is from Latvia and has a broad experience in the hospitality industry. She is comfortable in all aspects of the interior departments, and she can assure flower and table decoration, organizing guests’ activities and parties, liaising with the galley for meal service, as well as housekeeping, laundry, and ironing. She has recently been working for a 35+m Private Yacht as Chief Stewardess and onboard a 40m Private Yacht as Junior Stewardess. In addition, she was Stewardess onboard both Charter and Private yachts up to 51m. Kitija studied Architectural Interior Design at the Miami Dade College and she speaks Latvian and English. She is a very organized person, with good communication skills and time management ability. Her prior concern is to meet clients’ needs and expectations. Now she is thrilled to be part of HAIAMI I’s crew and cannot wait to welcome new guests onboard.

Kerem has been working as a deckhand for six years on both private and charter boats in Europe and Turkey. Throughout this time, he has gained extensive experience, including driving tenders of all sizes, performing washdowns, polishing, and handling day and night watches along with all general deck duties. He is a punctual and disciplined individual, eager to learn new skills and develop his existing ones. He speaks English and Turkish; he looks forward to welcoming new guests onboard HAIAMI I.

Originally from Turkey, Sema holds a bachelor’s degree in Tourism Administration from the Boğaziçi University in Turkey. She loves to cook for her clients, and she has a vast experience in both the hospitality and yachting sectors. She can assure planning menus, controlling the stocks, organizing, and managing the kitchen and cooking delicious dishes for her guests onboard HAIAMI I. Sema has undertaken different internships and workshops enriching her knowledge on guest welcoming, reservation taking, catering services on special events and sourdough bread and croissant baking. However, she is not only passionate about food, but she also loves travelling around the world, learning about different tastes and cultures and having outdoors activities such as trekking, camping and practicing yoga. She is ready to make her best to please her clients on board HAIAMI I.

Originally from Lithuania, Natalija is the chief stewardess on HAIAMI I. She began her career in 1999 on a cruise ship and transitioned to working on both private and charter yachts in 2007, continuing her dedicated journey in the yachting industry. Natalija is a committed, enthusiastic, and hardworking stewardess, proficient in all interior departments, with strengths in housekeeping and decorations. In her free time, she enjoys practicing yoga and has completed a teacher training course. She is fluent in English, Russian, and Lithuanian. With her exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, Natalija ensures the best experience for guests, anticipating and fulfilling their needs before they even must ask. She is also passionate about fostering a healthy and happy crew environment onboard. Natalija is excited to bring these values and her professional expertise to HAIAMI I.

Originally from Turkey, Ali is passionate about his job. He studied Electric and Electronic in Technical High School, while he had in parallel the opportunity to work as deckhand on board yachts during his holidays. He has also attended a Sailing School for three years. He participated several times in the International Marmaris Race week, in the Rhodes Cup as well as in Channel Regatta. By working in the Yacht Electrical Service Company of his father as well as in the Yachting/Bareboat Charter Company, Ali gained a very good experience as engineer on yachts. He speaks Turkish and English and will make sure HAIAMI I’s guests are always in a safe environment.

Ugur has born and raised in Göcek, Turkey, a yacht tourism hot-spot, where he developed a strong affinity with the sea at a very young age. His passion for the sea is without any doubt the reason behind his successful career in the yachting industry. Upon completion of his Yacht Master Qualification, Ugur has been working in the yachting sector for more than 10 years. He deeply enjoys outdoor activities. He particularly likes sailing and fishing while he is also a keen mountain climber. Ugur started his yachting career as Captain in 2002 and has been loyal to the same owner on different yachts. He speaks Turkish and English, and he is ready to assure his clients a professional and effective service on board HAIAMI I.
