He has worked also as 3rd and 2nd engineer in Bulk Carriers travelling all over the world for almost 8 years. He is responsible for the absolute safety and the maintenance of all the mechanical functions of the yacht.
He manages and supervises every repair related to the engines and the mechanical part of the yacht.

He graduated from a Swiss university IHHTI at Alpine Centre with honours. He was in the team of the first restaurant in Greece to receive a Michelin Star in 1997, named Bajazzo. He moved to the yachting industry eight years ago now.
He worked for a Royal family for over two years. He specializes in Mediterranean, Asian, Peruvian and Lebanese cuisine.
Nikos speaks fluent English and French and also communicates well Italian. He has been worked for the Owners of IDEFIX II for three years.

Prior to yachting he traveled as a bridge officer on cruise ships all over the world. Captain Michael has the total responsibility of everything in the yacht, the Captain’s job description is multi-faceted and dynamic.
He has high experience both in private and commercial yachts. He is highly experienced with environmental regulations and insurance considerations. He has the abilities of Personnel Management, Public Relations and Emergency Management.
He speaks English fluently but most of all he knows the way how his VIP guest will spend their days and nights aboard the yacht having the best memories of it.
