George worked from 2002 to 2019 for one of the largest passenger ship companies in Greece, first as a 2nd Officer and later as Chief Officer. He transitioned from passenger ships to yachts six years ago with the yacht Idefix, and he is very enthusiastic about his professional choice. He is responsible for safety procedures, the maintenance of the yacht, and training the crew for emergency situations, ensuring they are fully prepared in case of danger.

Under the guidance of the Captain, he also assists in serving the guests, making sure they feel comfortable and enjoy their vacation to the fullest.

Mohamed has been working on yachts since the age of 22. His family owns a fishing boat, where he started working from a very young age. He has excellent knowledge of seamanship and knows how to skillfully handle all of the yacht’s toys. His duties include cleaning and polishing the vessel, assisting with maintenance under the officers’ supervision, participating in repairs, and helping to serve guests.

Captain Kostas was born in 1975 and has been working as a professional Captain since 2012, gaining extensive experience at sea and developing a deep passion for maritime operations and navigation. The sea has always been at the center of his life, not only as his profession but also as a personal passion.

He has also served as Captain on several of the largest passenger ships in the coastal shipping industry.

George is one of the youngest members of the crew, but despite his age, he already has six years of experience in yachting and enjoys everything related to water sports. His duties include cleaning and polishing the vessel, and he especially enjoys assisting guests and attending to their needs.

Gema has been working in the yachting industry for almost 20 years. Idefix has been her home since 2008. Gema’s enthusiasm for the sea and adventure led her to the yachting industry, where she found the perfect blend of her passion for hospitality and her desire for exploration. Having spent several years onboard luxury yachts, Gema has developed a deep understanding of the unique demands of the industry.

Jussiah is a highly motivated and accomplished professional in the luxury yachting industry. With a background in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Our Lady of Fatima University, she possesses a solid foundation in hospitality and a deep understanding of delivering exceptional service.

Khia is the youngest member of the crew. She was born in one of the most rural provinces in the Philippines and studied Bread and Pastry Arts at college level. Having started working at an early age, she learned how to work well under pressure. She is a hospitable Filipina who is very passionate about learning new things.

Nikos is the Chief Engineer of the yacht 1 year now and has been active in the yachting field as Chief Engineer for over 18 years. He has worked also as 3rd and 2nd engineer in tankers travelling all over the world for almost 10 years. He is responsible for the absolute safety and the maintenance of all the mechanical functions of the yacht. He manages and supervises every repair related to the engines and the mechanical part of the yacht.

Nikos was born in Athens, Greece. He graduated with honors from the Swiss university IHTTI at the Alpine Centre. He was part of the team at Bajazzo, the first restaurant in Greece to receive a Michelin Star in 1997. He transitioned to the yachting industry nine years ago and worked for a Royal Family for over two years. He specializes in Mediterranean, Asian, Peruvian, and Lebanese cuisine. Nikos speaks fluent English and French and also communicates well in Italian. He has been working for the owners for the past six years.
