He holds a 1600-ton yacht master's license, has had 25 years of successful yacht charters with repeat customers. Born in Brazil and raised in Florida, she brings over 11 years of experience in the yachting industry, where she has catered to owners, guests and crew with creativity and care. Gabi’s culinary style is a blend of her international travels, local and seasonal ingredients, and - most importantly - guests’ preferences and dietary needs..
