James was born in Birmingham, England and spent his childhood in Wales & Saudi Arabia. A natural at many things, James excelled in academics in his youth while also finding abilities in athletics and music, playing bass trombone in the National Youth Wind Orchestra of Wales. Flourishing with technical talent, James attended the Fleetwood Nautical College where he achieved his Engineer Officer of the Watch certification in 2014. He then gained his Second Engineer Unlimited at South Tyneside College in 2017. Following his education, James obtained a position with Princess cruises, giving him a good base knowledge of marine engineering, much of which he was able to translate to the luxury yachting industry. In 2016 James brought his talents to the engine rooms of superyachts and has only thrived. James maintains a cool head and is able to think fast on his feet, ready to take on any challenge to be found. A successful problem solver, James finds great joy in completing a task previously thought near impossible with the tools available and a little thinking outside the box!

Pau was born into a traditional family in Bogota, Colombia, where she attended a French school, learning English & French as a second language. A gifted artist, Pau studied Advertising at the Universidad Tadeo Lozano to share her talents with the corporate world. After her education, Pau worked for an advertising agency for three years as a Creative Copy, gaining an appreciation for teamwork by listening to others’ ideas while supplementing with her own. Pau also spent some time in Human Resources where her problem solving skills grew as she enjoyed serving and helping people. In 2019, Pau made the leap to the yachting industry to try something new and to find a new way to serve others. Pau is extremely hard working and always keen to assist her fellow crew, jumping into any situation to lend a helping hand. Pau emphatically gives 110% to any task that comes her way and enjoys the feeling of pride after an accomplished charter. Pau is positive and loyal, ready to create lasting memories for anyone who steps on board.

Tiffany was born and raised in South Florida and enjoyed summers in New York with her family. Tiffany always loved playing outside with the boys and being active, skateboarding, fishing and riding bikes to the beach. Tiffany obtained her license in Cosmetology at the age of 18 and spent ten years creating beautiful looks while learning the benefit of being organized and having a keen eye for detail. Never being good at staying in one place for too long, Tiffany jumped right into the yachting industry where she has found a new way to serve guests. Tiffany’s free spirit and positive attitude create a wonderful presence on deck and her love of sharing beautiful locations with others in undeniable. Tiffany is a master diver and enjoys getting in the water with guests to show them the beauty that lies below the surface. Tiffany has a natural ability to make a friend out of everyone she meets and ensures every charter will be the best one yet!

Cade was born and raised on the shores of Australia where he spent most of his time surfing. A natural people person, Cade has always excelled in working with the public and sharing his talents for outdoor activities. After grade school, Cade traded in his surf board and picked up some skis, where he travelled to France and Austria, to work as an instructor. In 2010, Cade decided to follow his true passion and returned to the sea where he joined the yachting industry. Cade has worked and progressed through the industry earning his MCA Officer Of The Watch certificate and bringing a wealth of knowledge on board INCOGNITO. One of Cade’s favorite things is taking guests on an excursion by tender, discovering unique and sometimes secret locations to create lasting memories. Among the crew, Cade is famous for his classic use of ‘dad jokes’, always ready to share his silly sense of humor with those around him. In his time off, you can find Cade exploring whatever port city he finds himself docked in, trying all of the local cuisine and immersing himself in the colloquial experience.

Haleigh grew up in the Outer Banks of North Carolina in Kitty Hawk where as a child she excelled in math and science and also enjoyed participating in cheerleading and track & field events. Haleigh attended the University of North Carolina at Wilmington where in 2017 she achieved her Bachelor of Science in Clinical Research. During her education, Haleigh worked various jobs including babysitting and assisting an estate manager, who introduced her to yachting. After years of working in the world of superior service, taking her qualities to the sea was a seamless transition in October of 2017. Haleigh brings a keen eye for detail, maintaining INCOGNITO’s interior at that superior level. Haleigh takes great pride in creating lasting memories for charter guests with small details like custom cocktails, bespoke breakfast shots and themed parties to create everlasting memories. The first thing you will notice about Haleigh is her beaming smile that instantly warms all charter guests with her infectious positivity.

Dani comes from America’s heartland, Indiana, where she spent most of her childhood. Dani attended Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana where she studied Secondary Education before pursuing a career in the hospitality field. After her education, Dani travelled the country and found her home in San Diego, California. Dani spent years mastering the art of high-end cocktails. Her craft creations are the highlight of any apothecary! Dani also spent some time working in luxury resorts and boutique hotels, discovering the high level of service and flourishing in connecting with guests in a genuine manner. In 2016, Dani joined the yachting industry to marry her love of travel to her love of service. Dani boasts a bubbly, positive attitude with an ability to make everyone around her comfortable and at ease. Dani enjoys meeting new people and succeeds on this charter yacht because everyday is a new challenge with a new chance to create someone’s vacation of a lifetime!

Captain Chris was born in the southern English town of Basinstoke and raised around the sailing capital of the word, Solent. Chris’ childhood consisted of many weekend camping trips and extended windsurfing & biking expeditions with his older sister. After his education, Chris moved to the Canary Islands with nothing much other than his windsurf gear, where he placed 2nd in the UK National U19 Windsurf Championship. Following his island time when he moved back to the UK, Chris succeeded as a graphic designer and ran a print company where he gained invaluable knowledge in expressing his creativity, management, maintaining budgets, and how to best serve clients. In the early 90s, Chris was drawn away from his labor on land to be an adventurer of the seas mainly on smaller vessels until the early 2000s where he landed his first gig on board a yacht over 100 ft. After all of these years Chris has worked his way through the ranks, learning the ins and outs of yachts, and guest satisfaction from nearly every role available as yacht crew. Chris emphatically maintains a calm and organized demeanour, working with ease even in the most stressful of situations. Chris takes great pride in compiling the best crew who thrive together as a team.
