About iRock
iRock went through an extensive refit in 2015-2016 by Baglietto with new exterior paint and decks, completely new interiors from Alberto Mancini Design, new navionics and enterntaiment systems and is now updated to the latest design and technology features available on the market, with a distinguishing modern, elegant and aggressive look.
The veneer utilized for the wall covering, furniture and flooring is natural sanded oak in different modern and stylish tones, with extensive use of decorations in leather, Majilite and Rubelli and Armani Casa textiles. Bathrooms are made by natural stones and with natural teak floors. Ceilings and bulwarks are made by leather and dark mirrors with a particular attention to lighting scenarions.
On the Flying Bridge there is a fully equipped second wheel position, with 2 touch-‐screen 19” inc monitors, a bar and cooking area and two L-‐shaped sofas. “Al fresco” dining is guaranteed by a 12 guests teak table and a double automatic extensible shade out of the rollbar. A 6 guests Jacuzzi and a large sunbed are providing a very pleasant arrangement for sunbathing on the aft of the flying bridge.
Particular attention has been given to tender and watertoys. iRock is equipped with a 5,20mt Tender Extender, aiming to carry up to 10 guests and having long day rides with safety and dry conditions in any sea environment. The tender is stowed in the bow garage after being folded in less than 10 min by the crew with no further space occupancy. A Sea Doo Spark jet sky and a Sueblue Vapor underwater scooter are available for guests, along with Scuba and Snorkelling equipment, inflatable paddleling boards and other inflatable water toys.

Before joining iRock, he has been steward and crew chef during 18 months on M/Y Q95 (44m) with previous experience on M/Y H3 (105m) and M/Y Our Aleph (32m). Bailey is a very versatile crew member, able to manage from housekeeping and laundry to bar tending, flower arrangements and service or help with kitchen or provisioning when needed.
Bailey holds STCW and Powerboat Level 2 certifications together with Flying Fish Superyacht Interior Certificate/ Catering & Hospitality level 1,2&3 and City & Guilds NVQ Diploma in Professional Cookery Level 1,2&3 as well as trainings in food safety, allergies and wine selection. Outside of his professional life, he enjoys reading and gaming with his friends and family whether it's a card, video or board game.

In 2008, he transitioned to working on yachts, steadily advancing through the ranks from deckhand to engineer, then first officer, and ultimately captain. He spent two years in Australia, where he obtained his Captain 500GT and Engineer 250KW certifications.
Following two seasons as First Officer aboard M/Y Ann (35m) and M/Y Labilela (42m), Jérôme went on to captain M/Y Sea Lion for six years and the highly busy charter yacht M/Y Liquid Sky for three years.
For the 2025 season, he joins iRock as Captain, bringing with him a wealth of experience and a passion for leadership. His goal is to foster a dynamic and motivated crew, cultivate a positive and forward-thinking work culture, and ensure the highest levels of service and guest satisfaction. Following his graduation, he worked as a private chef in a chalet and later as the hot dishes station chef at a five-star hotel in Saint-Jean-de-Luz. He then broadened his international experience with a year in Australia, working in top-tier hotels and fine dining establishments.
Despite his young age, Hugo brings over six years of culinary experience, with particular expertise in meat and fish preparation. He is known for pairing these main ingredients with inventive, flavorful sauces and refined side dishes. Imal is passionate about bodybuilding and diving, holding a Personal Trainer certification from the International Sports Sciences Association and a PADI Open Water Diver license. His impressive physical strength and stamina are complemented by his energetic, friendly personality.
