Kenneth has been spending 10 years as engineer on comercial ships around the world before joining the yachting industry. Skilled in diesel generator overhauls, system diagnostics, and preventative maintenance, Kenneth feels at home in the engines room. His engineering foundation was built aboard older vessels with manually operated systems to newer vessels equipped with advanced automation and digital monitoring systems.

Bailey has worked as barista and waiter in restaurants in the UK during 6 years, also helping in the kitchen, before joining the yachting industry. Before joining iRock, he has been steward and crew chef during 18 months on M/Y Q95 (44m) with previous experience on M/Y H3 (105m) and M/Y Our Aleph (32m). Bailey is a very versatile crew member, able to manage from housekeeping and laundry to bar tending, flower arrangements and service or help with kitchen or provisioning when needed.
Bailey holds STCW and Powerboat Level 2 certifications together with Flying Fish Superyacht Interior Certificate/ Catering & Hospitality level 1,2&3 and City & Guilds NVQ Diploma in Professional Cookery Level 1,2&3 as well as trainings in food safety, allergies and wine selection. Outside of his professional life, he enjoys reading and gaming with his friends and family whether it's a card, video or board game.

Originally from Antibes, Jérôme began his yachting career in 2006 as a port agent in Golfe Juan, shortly after earning his high school diploma in Mechanics. In 2008, he transitioned to working on yachts, steadily advancing through the ranks from deckhand to engineer, then first officer, and ultimately captain. He spent two years in Australia, where he obtained his Captain 500GT and Engineer 250KW certifications.
Following two seasons as First Officer aboard M/Y Ann (35m) and M/Y Labilela (42m), Jérôme went on to captain M/Y Sea Lion for six years and the highly busy charter yacht M/Y Liquid Sky for three years.
For the 2025 season, he joins iRock as Captain, bringing with him a wealth of experience and a passion for leadership. His goal is to foster a dynamic and motivated crew, cultivate a positive and forward-thinking work culture, and ensure the highest levels of service and guest satisfaction. With a strong emphasis on safety, health, and environmental standards, Jérôme is committed to leading his team with a proactive, can-do attitude and a shared vision of excellence.

Hugo holds a Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts Management with a Gastronomic focus from the prestigious Paul Bocuse Institute in Lyon. During his studies, he spent his summers working as a station chef in various restaurants, gaining hands-on experience.
Following his graduation, he worked as a private chef in a chalet and later as the hot dishes station chef at a five-star hotel in Saint-Jean-de-Luz. He then broadened his international experience with a year in Australia, working in top-tier hotels and fine dining establishments.
Despite his young age, Hugo brings over six years of culinary experience, with particular expertise in meat and fish preparation. He is known for pairing these main ingredients with inventive, flavorful sauces and refined side dishes. His culinary repertoire spans French, Mediterranean, and Asian cuisines, and he also enjoys baking artisanal bread and creating elegant desserts.
Outside the kitchen, Hugo is passionate about skiing, trail running, and hiking.

Originally from Sri Lanka, Imal brings over a decade of experience in five-star hospitality, having worked in prestigious hotels across Sri Lanka and Dubai. Prior to joining iRock as a deckhand in 2017, he spent six years at the renowned Grosvenor House Hotel in Dubai, where he advanced to the role of Recreational Supervisor.
Imal is passionate about bodybuilding and diving, holding a Personal Trainer certification from the International Sports Sciences Association and a PADI Open Water Diver license. His impressive physical strength and stamina are complemented by his energetic, friendly personality.
A meticulous and dedicated professional, Imal is committed to creating a welcoming environment for guests, always aiming to exceed expectations with a warm smile. Whether on deck or at sea, he enjoys engaging guests in all kinds of sports and outdoor activities, ensuring their experience is both memorable and enjoyable.

After a Bachelor’s Degree in International Hotel Managementa and a first yachting experience as stewardess/cook on a catamaran in 2028, Leonie has been working as head waitress in 5 stars hotel in France and Australia and butler/manager in a villa in the South of France and a high luxury chalet in Courchevel. She returned to yachting in 2025 as stewardess on M/Y Eva (35m) before joining iRock.
Fluent in English, Leonie has travelled the world from Asia to South America and likes during her free time hiking, running, skiing and surfing.
