Mauro was born in 1990. He is hardworking, approachable, and ambitious. Mauro has mainly worked in Sardinia, his birthplace. It goes without saying that he has thorough knowledge of it and can suggest chic restaurants, stunning bays, and eye-catching beaches. His previous working experience was on board a Sunseeker 82 in Sardinia. Thanks to this experience, Mauro enriched his background significantly. He has fulfilled guests' wishes both as a captain and a deckhand, which has made him aware of their needs and helped him develop a strong sense of responsibility. In his spare time, Mauro enjoys fishing and discovering new places. Building a successful career in the yachting industry is one of his biggest dreams. He speaks Italian and English and looks forward to welcoming Jajarò's guests and providing them with high-quality service.

Within a year, his passion for sailing led him aboard, where he began working as a deckhand for international yacht owners during the summer seasons. During the winters, he dedicated himself to refining his technical skills and studying to obtain the certifications required to command vessels up to 24 meters in length.
With extensive knowledge of the waters around Sardinia and Corsica, and a deep-rooted love for the sea, Marco brings both experience and enthusiasm to his role. He spent seven years as captain aboard Jajarò and is known for his warm rapport with guests. Many return season after season, a testament to the unforgettable experiences he curates and the trust he inspires. His attention to detail, safety, and comfort ensures every journey is not only smooth but truly memorable.
