About JIKAN
The Advanced 80 Jikan is a real blue water thoroughbred, fast, sophisticated and innovative. Jikan comes from the pen of the American naval architects John Reichel and Jim Pugh. The interior design is the result of brilliant job of Nauta Yachts. Launched in 2018, the brand-new A80 is featured by excellent sailing performances and generous volumes. Comfort, elegance and seduction inspired the Advanced A80’s design. An oversize aft deck offers different areas to guests: a dining cockpit with two sofas and extendable tables, a relaxation area close to the manoeuvring area and a sunbathing area to the stern.
She has only been privately used and her interiors exudes elegance.
Jikan can accommodate up to 6(+2) guests in three cabins. The owner’s suite aft with queen size bed, desk and sofa. The large en-suite toilet is made of two areas with separate shower.
Two twin en suite guest cabins with pullman beds are midship.
Guests are greeted by the full beam saloon flooded by light through skylights. The layout features a large dining area port and a living area starboard. Galley and crew quarters are forward.

Born in Belluno, Italy, in 1985, Arianna Apriceno holds an RYA Powerboat Level II certificate and brings a strong background in both hospitality and safety at sea.
A lifelong sea enthusiast, she is a certified F.I.N. Lifeguard and Swim Instructor, with extensive training in first aid and BLSD. Her yachting experience includes an Atlantic crossing and wide-ranging cruising throughout the Mediterranean, Turkey, and Croatia, working as sailor/cook on various catamarans.
A Gambero Rosso (I.E.T.) certified Yacht Chef, Arianna specializes in refined Mediterranean cuisine with a creative fusion touch. She combines culinary expertise with meticulous attention to detail, delivering high-end dining experiences alongside warm and attentive service.
She speaks Italian as native language and fluently English.

Born in Bari, Italy, in 1971, Alessandro Sasso is a seasoned yacht captain with over 20 years’ experience and more than 50,000 nautical miles sailed worldwide.
Captain of S/Y Jikan since 2019, he maintains the yacht to “new-build” standards, ensuring exceptional safety, reliability, and performance, and delivering a seamless onboard experience.
After early roles in telecommunications and construction, he entered yachting in 2003 following an ocean crossing. He later worked as Captain and Project Manager on yacht builds across Asia and has commanded both sailing and motor yachts in private and charter operations, collaborating with renowned brands such as Wally, Nautor’s Swan, and Baltic Yachts.
An intuitive host, he tailors each voyage—from relaxed cruising to more dynamic sailing—always with a strong focus on safety, comfort, and high-end service.
