Following that, she served as the head chef on premium yachts for three years, where she perfected modern cuisine while incorporating traditional Mediterranean flavours. In the winter months, Josipa participates in various culinary courses, allowing her to acquire new skills and recipes.

Josipa has perfect skills to please guests with the most delicious meals and is always ready to adjust to different tastes and to meet a wide range of dietary requirements. Captain Mateo has been involved in the yachting industry since his teenage years. In 2019, Mateo acquired his first yacht, Andi Star, and successfully conducted charters even during the challenging pandemic years. His leadership abilities and commitment to high customer service standards have broadened his client network, resulting in numerous repeat customers. After a few successful years with Andi Star, Captain Mateo upgraded to a new yacht, the gulet Kadena, which is larger and more luxurious.
