Saloua, 24, is one of the youngest members of the Kaskazi Four crew, bringing substantial experience on board from an early age. As the daughter of Captain Francesco Rinauro, she grew up immersed in the maritime world, developing a deep understanding of the sea, sailing, and water sports.
She began her career on board as a hostess at just 16, supporting chefs both in the galley and during service, gaining extensive knowledge of high-level yacht operations. She is now expanding her seamanship and navigation skills while having recently graduated with honors in Environmental Engineering in November 2025.
Saloua is recognized for her attention to detail and genuine care for guest comfort, anticipating needs and preferences to ensure a seamless and memorable experience. Beyond her onboard service, she engages guests in recreational and sports activities such as windsurfing, snorkeling, diving, excursions, and children’s entertainment, serving as both hostess and adventure companion.

Francesco Rinauro, born in Milan on 24 March 1963, is a highly experienced and passionate captain with a lifelong connection to the sea. He began his maritime journey at the age of 14, sailing his family boat in the Gulf of Naples and Salerno, and has since dedicated his life to sailing and yacht management.
At 20, Francesco founded his own windsurfing and sailing school in Stromboli, Aeolian Islands. By 23, he purchased his first catamaran, Manutara, one of the pioneering catamarans in the Sicilian charter market. In 1986, he completed his first Atlantic crossing to the Caribbean with his wife—one of 14 transatlantic crossings he has completed to date—alongside 14 winter charter seasons in the West Indies.
Since 2003, Francesco has maintained a successful partnership with the current owner of Kaskazi Four, a 65’ catamaran based in Kenya. Together with his brother, he expertly manages the yacht, ensuring smooth operations and an exceptional guest experience. Francesco also maintains a deep personal connection to the Aeolian Islands, where he has spent countless summer sailing seasons and where his home and heart are rooted.
Francesco’s expertise extends beyond navigation. He is a skilled diver and watersports instructor, knowledgeable in volcanology, geology, archaeology, and marine biology. Guests can enjoy windsurfing, kayaking, snorkeling, water skiing, and diving under his guidance. Renowned for his culinary skills, he delights guests with fresh Mediterranean cuisine and fine wines.
Affectionately called “the poet of the sea” by many clients, Francesco is known for his natural ability to create unforgettable moments on board, balancing professionalism with warmth and genuine care. He is particularly passionate about sharing his knowledge of sailing, the sea, and water sports with children.

Nadyia (62 years old), of Ukrainian origin, before starting to experience her genius for cooking, graduated in natural engineering and moved from her country of origin, Ukraine, to Italy. In the country of excellent food, she discovered a new way of cooking. Nadyia loves experimenting, thinking about new ideas and furthermore, she believes in the importance of choosing only the best ingredients offered by the territory. Quality is everything for Nadyia. She is able to enhance the best flavors of the Mediterranean Cuisine. Every element of this country is a precious ingredient for extraordinary, but at the same time, simple dishes. Pasta, mixed salads spiced with natural and biological ingredients, light legumes juices, vegetables, soups, flan, fish, meat, desserts, water ices and especially sorbets. Beside her cooking skills, Nadyia is a very sociable person, she is able to work in a team by adding her support and ideas. During her past work experiences, Nadyia acted as hostess onboard of a Catamaran Lagoon 45, Lagoon 440, sailing yachts in the Aeolian Islands. Giammarco, 26, born and raised between Rome and Stromboli, has grown up immersed in the maritime world, developing a deep passion for sailing and life at sea from an early age. Coming from a family of sailors, he built his nautical skills through years of hands-on experience navigating the Mediterranean and beyond, including an Atlantic crossing.
Over the years, Giammarco has worked as skipper, first officer, sailing instructor, and deckhand on both private and charter catamarans. Most recently, he served as First Officer aboard the luxury charter catamaran Kaskazi Four, operating in Sicily, the Aeolian Islands, Amalfi Coast, Sardinia, and the Caribbean. His responsibilities included navigation support, guest assistance, tender operations, maintenance, mooring procedures, and onboard safety, contributing to smooth and memorable charter experiences.
Known for his calm demeanor, reliability, and strong work ethic, Giammarco combines excellent seamanship with a guest-focused attitude. His background as a sailing and outdoor sports instructor has strengthened his leadership, communication, and teamwork skills, allowing him to work confidently in dynamic and international environments. Passionate about outdoor activities such as climbing, kayaking, and windsurfing, he brings energy, adaptability, and enthusiasm to every charter.
He holds the STCW Basic Safety Training certificate and the Italian Boating License, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy. Fluent in Italian and proficient in English, Giammarco is comfortable interacting with guests from different cultural backgrounds and ensuring a welcoming onboard atmosphere.
