Nasos is a highly motivated and skilled First Officer holding a BA Degree in Marine-Maritime Merchant from the Marine Academy of Hydra. He is certified as Captain Class C’ and possesses numerous qualifications including GMDSS General Operator, ECDIS, Ship Security Officer, Ship Simulator and Bridge Teamwork Training, and a Speed Boat Operator License.

Nasos has an extensive maritime background, starting with training contracts onboard M/V CAPTAIN PETROS H. and M/V ZORBAS. He gained valuable experience as a Second Officer on a Bulk Carrier Vessel, where he was responsible for navigation, firefighting system maintenance, safety officer duties, and training the crew in safety procedures and the use of lifesaving appliances. His dedication to safety and meticulous attention to detail ensures smooth operations and utmost safety for all aboard.

Built by Feadship in 1989, and refited in 2022, the yacht boasts all the hallmarks of a classic northern European pedigree build. Ideal for couples, families and large groups, KASSANDRA welcomes 12 guests in seven staterooms, including a master suite on the main deck. Interior refit led by Ira Petromanolaki of IP.YD, KASSANDRA enjoys a shallow draft, large volume and storage for a generous water toy collection. The 2022 refit saw significant updates, including a complete technical overhaul of the engines, generators, stabilizers, AC system and new navigational equipment in the bridge. A new galley was fitted, new upholstery installed throughout the guests areas and several new loose furniture added. One of the VIP cabins of the yacht has been converted from twin to Double. AV and WiFi systems of the yacht are all brand new, state of the art An extension of the swim platform delivers more space at the stern for relaxing by the water’s edge. A new sun deck arrangement and recalking of the teak decks creates sociable spaces for outdoor entertainment. The yacht also enjoyed a full repaint in pristine white. The tender enjoyed a full refurbishment with a new engine, the perfect accompaniment to the large selection of water toys available on board for making the most of the yachting lifestyle.
